Vacation rentals with a patio in Montecatini Terme

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay!! The location was superb and the hosts were great. The views were stunning.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Very good stay, and very responsive hosts + co-hosts. The place is pretty spacious and good for 2 individuals, equipped with modern amenities. The bus stop is right in front and all major attractions are walkable. Would definitely recommend to choose.

As soon as I entered, it was a very cute and pretty accommodation. 🏡 It was a quiet neighborhood, so it wasn't noisy, and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the station. ~ There were many days when I came in late at night, but even after 11 o'clock, the neighborhood itself didn't look dangerous! The host kindly greeted me in person, and the accommodation was very clean and well organized! All the tableware was prepared, and there was a rice cooker and induction, so it was good to cook and eat simply. There was water and champagne prepared in the fridge, and I drank well! The hotel didn't give us water, so I was really impressed...🥹🤍 and I made a mistake in the middle and contacted you late, but I was grateful for your kind reply and understanding! I contacted them when I had questions, so it was nice to get a quick reply! Oh, and the bed was so fluffy. I rested comfortably in a nice accommodation. 🩷🩷

First things first, Simona's attention to detail is amazing. Everything is so clean and professional. The apartment was even cooled down when we arrived, just how we liked it! The overall apartment was like in the pictures and the yard of the apartment was really nice. However the apartment is really quite small when the sofa is made to an bed. The outside yard helps with this a lot and is huge plus. It feels like an extension to the apartment. Simona recommended us some restaurants, we tried one called Mamma Pizza and found it awesome. She really has good recommendations and communication with her is really easy. The neighborhood of the apartment is nice and quiet and many places like the store and restaurants are within walking distance.

Vittoria is a wonderful host! She is very kind and accommodating . The apartment is pristine clean and enjoyable. Their are high ceilings lots of space and the AC works like magic. Thank you for your hospitality! 🙏

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Mariarita's place is truly a gem! The furnishings are lovingly, high-quality and tasteful in every detail. Besides, everything was exceptionally clean. We particularly liked the outdoor seating and the beautiful garden (which, incidentally, is also remarkably well maintained). We had our e-bikes with us and arrived in Lucca in 40 minutes stress-free. Mariarita and her husband are wonderful, loving and friendly hosts and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Thank you for this wonderful stay and we would come back here immediately!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

First of all, a big compliment to Sandro. Communication was perfect. Even though we didn't meet in person, we were able to communicate well. The house is fantastic. Much better than the pictures could ever say. This attention to detail is unique. We spent 5 weeks throughout Italy incl. Traveling in Sicily. But this place was one of the most beautiful. Also a dream for our dogs. Everything is fenced and all around is real peace. We were all very comfortable. All major cities are easily accessible. Supermarket and restaurants sufficiently close by. We didn't have children with us, but for the little ones, Sandro has plenty of games, a play kitchen, stuffed animals and much more. I highly recommend this house. Should we visit this area again, Sandro would be my first address... Thanks for the nice time.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We had a very good stay in this apartment. Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Walkable to Pisa centre, station, buses and airport. Very clean as well and a helpful host. We would come back!

I was a wonderful place, a home for our few days stay. All important things were walkable. Great nearby restaurant recommendations. Host was lovely. Great spot , in a great area . Bakery and really good grocery near by.

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Very nice apartment and beautiful garden. The only flaw is that the apartment, unlike the one downstairs, did not have direct access to the garden and we had not understood this from the listing.
