Vacation rentals in Monte Fossa delle Felci

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

Wir haben ein paar Nächte in der Wohnung mit großartiger Terrasse verbracht und waren nach dem Aufstieg aus dem Dorf nach oben immer wieder begeistert vom Blick auf das Meer und die anderen Inseln. Luigi hat uns am Hafen abgeholt und samt Gepäck zur Unterkunft gebracht. In der Küche haben wir alles notwendige gefunden. Leider wurden wir in einer Nacht durch Sandfliegen gestochen (kein Mückengitter, daher Mückenschutz mitnehmen!). Luigi hatte aber auch Mittel dagegen angeboten.

The apartment exudes a beautiful atmosphere, has charm, style and character, generously the rooms, lovingly the details - the pictures, objects, the light, the equipment: we lacked nothing. A highlight is the large terrace to end the day relaxed, with a view high to Monte Fossa delle Felici, down to the village of Rinella, the ferries come and go to see, the view to the neighbouring island, this expanse ... The island is very green and the accommodation was a good starting point for our hikes, along vineyards and caper shrubs, through forests up to an extinct volcano or over rocks down to the sea to small beaches - always with magnificent panoramas. Within walking distance are good restaurants and two grocery stores for self-catering and from the nearby bus stop you have a good connection to the other places of the island. We were well received and had many encounters with nice people on our tours. They were exciting, beautiful days in Rinella – highly recommended! Thanks to Alessandra

Casa al porto di Rinella con terrazza molto grande e vista spettacolare. Peccato che per alcuni giorni non ce la siamo goduta causa maltempo!!! La cucina è molto attrezzata, si può cucinare qualsiasi cosa in quanto c'è tutto il necessario. La signora Loredana è stata molto gentile: ha risposto tempestivamente a tutte le nostre domande. Per chi vuole vedere Salina consiglio questa casa con vista a dir poco spettacolare! Grazie all'host sempre puntuale nelle richieste ed alla signora Loredana.

Abbiamo trascorso undici notti ad inizio luglio a casa di Ornella. L’alloggio è ben tenuto e in stile con l’isola. La terrazza vista mare ha reso il nostro soggiorno più gradevole. Ornella inoltre ha messo a nostra disposizione diverse cose in casa che ci sono state utili (es contenitori per il pranzo in spiaggia). Il check in è stato facile,nonostante Ornella non potesse essere a casa ci ha fatto accogliere da un’amica che è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato!

La signora Antonella è stata gentilissima, la cosa rispetta perfettamente le foto. È molto graziosa e super pulita, torneremo sicuramente perché ci siamo trovati benissimo!!

Il signor Stefano fin da subito si è mostrato molto disponibile e ci ha dispensato ottimi consigli per vivere al meglio l’Isola. Ci è stato di grandissimo aiuto in più occasioni. Per quanto riguarda l’alloggio, ha tutto quello che serve per godersi a pieno il soggiorno e anche di più! L’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e di nostro gradimento, ad oggi sicuramente uno dei migliori in cui siamo stati. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata svegliarsi con quella vista sulle Eolie: impagabile!
