Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our agriturismo consists of 2 Appartments with a wide equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a large bedroom where sleeps max 4, bad with shower. The apartments are furnished with air conditioning and both of them have a veranda. 7 km away from the seaside. We have two big double rooms with bad with shower and air conditioning. The breakfast is with our products and cost 15,00 € for couple. There is a 2,00 € pax to pay for a maximum of 7 days payable at departure.

We include in the price all our fresh products for breakfast, such as homemade cakes and bread, jams, fruit, fresh milk, yogurt and cereals...

Centrally located apartment, overlooking the seafront, a few steps from the Marinella beach and the central square, located on the first floor, without elevator but with stair lift for the disabled, has a large double bedroom, single bedroom, spacious kitchen with induction and dishwasher and large living room with dining area and sea view, bathroom and closet. On the balcony you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view.

Intimate, cozy and bright apartment in Albinia just a few minutes walk from Giannella beach. The Casa al Mare consists of a living room with open space kitchen and terrace, double bedroom and bathroom. Its strategic location, right at the entrance to the village allows you to easily reach the main points of interest. Nearby you will find: a bar- tobacco shop, a pharmacy, tennis courts, the bus stop, the post office.
