5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Very nice experience!This house is just as good as we imagined.Beautiful scenery, decoration style, and plenty of food.The host was very welcoming and tried to provide the best service.And it's just amazing to enjoy the outdoor pool and sauna at the end of March.

This is a fantastic apartment. Perfect for two couples. Luciana and Fabio are very friendly and welcoming people. The apartment is very well-equipped and furnished. It is in a great location, close to the fortress and several highly recommended restaurants. We've been there twice and we'll do it again.

I really loved the stay here. It’s like living in a dream for a few days and it’s really relaxing. The view is so good and the house is clean! Angela and Alessandro are very friendly and responsive!! Love our experience here! Highly recommended!

Thank you Brian for sharing your beautiful home with us for a couple of days. Your home is by far the best maintained and most well equipped and pristine places that we have stayed so far. We had the most amazing time in the house as well as walking around the city in the evenings. The location is perfect for everything from shopping to restaurants and wine tastings. Communication before our arrival was very good, the host responded very quickly to messages and also proactively contacted us. We were received in a very friendly manner and were even allowed to check in 1 hour earlier. We were shown everything in and around the house. The house and garden + pool were very clean. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was important and also worked well. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. The garden is nice and large and well maintained. We also loved the large pool with the beautiful view. The hosts, who live about 50m next door, took care of the pool every morning and checked if everything was okay there. The approach was also relatively easy. Approximately 30 minutes' drive to the house, there is a large Coop supermarket, where we were shopping. The sea is also only 30 minutes away by car. All in all, we were very satisfied and fully enjoyed our vacation as a group of 6 people!

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Daniela and Giuliano's stay is a real gem! The room is compact, with a small bathroom and kitchen, but perfect for two people. The view from the room is truly beautiful. Outside, you can sit in the sun or shade, with the same view over the Tuscan hills. The swimming pool is wonderfully quiet and offers a nice place to relax. Daniela and Giuliano are fantastic hosts. They are happy to help you with everything and run their own small vineyard. The wine tasting with them is an absolute must! And the sweet cats were the cherry on top!
