The house is very cozy and the leisure area is incredible, we really enjoy walking around, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the house there is a lake, a coffee shop around 1 km from the property, fishing, brewery… everything is close. The main thing is that my pet was super calm and loved the property.

Old house with period furniture, comfortable beds, extremely clean bedding, good kitchen, the only thing missing was a roasting pan, very nice place with enormous potential, you can improve the barbecue area, with a sink and water support, also a hot tub or small pool will make all the difference to complete the experience, I will definitely be back, great cost benefit for those who want to live a few days in a farmhouse, I see comments about cleanliness, they need to understand that it is a big house that is closed, it is not about “Dirt” on the contrary the house is clean, but rather leaves and normal dust of a house in the interior, birds and monkeys are a lot, especially in the barbecue area, I liked it and I will return, the upper part of the house is closed but the bottom is huge and accommodates very well, it was worth the experience.

My stay was excellent. Leandro knows how to welcome his guests, 10 out of 10. The house has everything that is in the listing. The neighborhood is in a location that is not far from the center of Águas de Lindoia or from the city of Minas, which is Monte Sião. In other words, it is a strategic point. For those who like to enjoy a wonderful view, the city of Águas de Lindoia has several points. One of the things I loved was enjoying the city all day, coming home and having a view of a wonderful sunset. Then relax in a wonderful hot tub. To get to know some of the city's sights, the best option is to take a train. My trip was wonderful. Every year I prefer to visit new cities, but due to a great experience at Leandro's house, I will break my taboo (I will return). Thanks Leandro, thank you for the excellent experience.

We loved staying at Dona Ilda's house. If it's already beautiful in the photos. In person is even better. A place of peace and quiet. We took our little ones and they loved it, the garden is impressive, we had a barbecue, a fire to roast marshmallows and as if the beautiful and comfortable house wasn't enough. We had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Ilda. She is attentive, very kind, super concerned with every detail and has fun stories. You can go without fear. We'll be back for sure.

The house is simply fantastic, it exceeded our expectations, celebrated my birthday there at the weekend, my guests were all amazed by the beauty of the place, the pool a delight, the night the water gets hot, we enjoy it a lot. The area of the barbecue very well usable, close to the pool, with pool table top, grassy football field.. The landscape of the place is charming. Sunrise with a 🌄 spectacular sunrise.. Extremely amazing place! First, we booked the place just for Maya's beautiful story, when we read and saw that there was a miracle of God in the story of the chalet, we didn't think twice about booking. And look, what a beautiful landscape we can contemplate during the weekend of our stay. We started to love the place even before we arrived, just from the contact with Gabrielle, who was super helpful, answered any questions quickly and was very kind. Not to mention the incredible atmosphere we found when we arrived, we closed the bath and the chalet was well decorated, super tidy, in addition to the dining table and breakfast already being ready, we also had a surprise when we arrived at the chalet. ❤️ Oh, it was wonderful and I already miss this amazing place. This is one of those places where we really take a break from the hustle and bustle of life. We turned off our phones, and the fact that there was no TV helped us to disconnect even more. We even brought the amazing strawberries from this city! We simply love it!

The apartment is great! All very clean, smellsy and well-maintained. The bed is super comfortable, the shower is excellent and the kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. I felt at home. I would definitely go back and recommend!

I booked it to spend the weekend with my girlfriend and it was amazing! Taynã and Marco were very attentive, answered all my questions and were always very quick to respond. They send a document with all the instructions for the accommodation, as well as tips on things to do not only on the farm, but also in the nearby cities. This made a big difference! It helped a lot to do the schedule and not waste time on the weekend. In addition, the cottage itself is a spectacle, it has an incredible view and everything was tidy when we arrived. I loved walking around the farm, both in the coffee plantation and in the olive groves. The trails are very pleasant to do for those who like the ride and are not difficult. 10 stars! It was really worth the price! I recommend it.
