The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant linens, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

The big difference was the waterfall. In addition to being easy to access is beautiful! Home with all utensils, comfortable and clean space. The quiet place for those who like quiet, even sharing the space with other chalets, we had no problem. Super cool pool area with a beautiful view! Both Cleide and Luiz were extremely requested and always quick to respond!

Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very pleased.

Rafael is an excellent host, he helped us by sending all the information relevant to our stay, friendly, helped us with tips on tourism, restaurants, etc. The house was clean, well organized, good bathrooms, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking, in short, we felt at home. If I return to Monte Verde, I will definitely stay in this house again and I will not hesitate to recommend it to friends who go there.

Located in the middle of a valley, surrounded by mountains, it has a beautiful view. Full chalet and well furnished. The beds are not so comfortable, but nothing to get in the way of the experience.

Our stay at Carol's place was simply amazing! The house exceeded our expectations, being very spacious, well structured and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was complete, the rooms comfortable and the house was impeccably clean. The view to the araucaria was breathtaking, and the tranquility of the place was a real refuge. In addition, Carol and Isa were exceptional hosts, always solitary and friendly. The clean swimming pool, spacious bathroom with bathtub and prepared fire pit were special touches that made our experience even more memorable. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Wonderful place....paved street with night security, the house is super cozy, very well equipped, clean and organized, the outdoor area is delightful, the hosts are lovely, they gave us all the details of the house....we were very well received by Patricia and her husband....we will certainly return more often. The stay at the cottage was very good. There are two houses in the same location, the main house and the cottage in the back, but it is possible to have privacy and a reserved atmosphere in the cottage. Spacious kitchen. Good bedroom and bathroom. Very nice outdoor space. I traveled as a couple with my small pet and it was great. There is a fence around the chalet, which provides more peace of mind for the pet. Very wooded environment. It is inside a gated community, but it is very easy to locate the house. The pool is very nice. We loved our stay.

The king site was perfect for the family reunion over the weekend!! Super comfortable for 22 adults and kids. All rooms are air-conditioned, with many comfortable beds and access to good bathrooms. Several rooms had up to 2 full beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and many refrigerators for large groups, which was perfect for breakfast, barbecue and meals. The space is very large. Everyone praised the house and was impressed with so much space! The area is very beautiful and quiet, there were horses that appeared on the site as if it were something magical. Vanderlei was very proactive with all the questions and helped a lot to coordinate everything, in addition to the caretaker who helped us in the house as well. I highly recommend the stay!! We spent an amazing weekend with friends . The host is very attentive and ready in the replies we did before the rental. The teacara is beautiful, complete , has everything we need , the location of easy access , about 6km of black mountains and about 5 km of gorgeous . The description is exactly the same , everything perfect , we will definitely be back .

Cris was a very attentive person, supporting us in everything we needed. The house is welcoming and cozy. Some kitchen utensils are missing, but Cris volunteered to support us and whatever we needed to ask her. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms were all clean. A cozy place and an attentive host. I recommend it!

Fazenda Itapira is the perfect place. Close to the city, easy to access, with a structure capable of serving a large group. The house is huge, with large rooms and a game room. The indoor space, with a swimming pool and barbecue area, was ideal for spending the day, taking advantage of the extended holiday. It is still possible to walk around the property, in the old coffee plantation, in the lakes and even in the surroundings, as the property is within Route 32, a path for pedestrians and cyclists.

Antonio is a very attentive, dedicated host, showed us the whole place and was available to answer questions and help us with all our needs! Plus: You've made a hike with our class! We feel at home and very welcome!

The house was very well organized, clean and equipped. We were also super well received by Du, who helped us with everything we needed and prepared delicious meals! Due to the rains, we had a small problem with energy and the Internet, but the host was always available and was proactive with the problems. We had a great time in the leisure areas and we intend to return!

Excellent apartment in a great location. Host was amazing with clear instructions and prompt response to any question. Apartment completely redone with m Jo odern bathrooms and top end kitchen cabinets / appliances. Garage access extremely easy and convenient. The convenience store in the building itself was just an added benefit. Overall great experience and highly recommended
