Small independent house, carefully renovated, with healthy and sustainable materials, self-contained in water (rainwater recovery not potable but drinking water provided) in a unique setting in the heart of the Drome Valley. In the middle of nature, beautiful views of the village and the mountains. 1 km from the village, at the end of the road (beware of the path!). Nice cats on the premises... Ideal house for 2, walkers and walkers, mountain bikers... Possibility of1 extra bed in the sofa bed.

Former agricultural building, this house of 75 m2 has been completely rehabilitated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a upscale service.
