Apartment vacation rentals in Montale

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo b&b, sono stato positivamente colpito, oltre alla precisione di comunicazione, alla consegna delle chiavi ed il check-in ed alla descrizione di ciò che disponibile nell'alloggio, dall'estrema pulizia degli ambienti e dalla cura e gusto nell'arredamento, ricercato e con mix di moderno e retró. Importante il parcheggio in area privata. Da consigliare e da considerare nel prossimo passaggio a Pistoia. Grazie

After a 20 minute walk through town from the railway station, you must ignore the fenced off demolition site opposite Via del Ceppo - the back balcony makes up for this with views over a garden, roof tops and the duomo bell tower. 44 steps to the top floor and this bright, airy apartment. There's a nice dining area with a shuttered window to peep out onto the little balcony (table and two chairs, perfect for breakfast with the sun all morning). Lots of wardrobe and drawer space in the bedroom and a comfy sofa in the sitting area which has doors opening to the balcony again . The tiny sit-down bath is a novelty! Everywhere was nice and clean. Conad supermarket is a 15 min walk - same route from the station ad it's well-stocked. There's fruit and veg market stalls in a nearby piazza together with butchers, bakery and cheese, lovely restaurants and icecream. Only negative is occasional noisy refurbishment work from apartment next door - obviously out of Silvia's control.

Toller Aufenthalt. Das Studio ist wirklich schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage war super um Florenz zu erkunden. Wir würden wieder kommen!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Gianna persona squisita, la casa è immersa nel verde, il che la rende un posto magico. Siamo stati poco tempo ma abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa, desde o cuidado na recepção, pois foram nos receber pessoalmente. O apartamento é excelente, super confortável, lençóis cheirosos, cama confortável… parecia que estávamos em casa. Tudo perfeito e completo. Super indico esse espaço e atendimento.

We spent a week in this amazing place. Very clean accommodation, friendly hosts, I definitely recommend visiting the sauna. There is a very beautiful waterfall nearby. The house has its own territory. The hosts have impeccable taste, everything was provided.

Carlo y su mujer son unos anfitriones maravillosos. Nos recibieron con una gran sonrisa y bonita charla. La casa superó nuestras expectativas, es preciosa y está impecable. Nos sentimos como en casa, tiene todo lo necesario para ser así. Incluso nos dejaron café, comida, agua… todos los detalles estuvieron presentes. Un placer habernos alojado allí, si volvemos, esta será nuestra casa.

This was a great place to stay in a smaller city outside Florence. You don’t experience the tourist hustle in Prato, and there are many places with only Italian speakers (but did not impact our positive experiences). Unfortunately, there was a train strike for one of our days so we were unable to travel into Florence (something to consider if you are prioritizing Florence during a short stay - not sure how often strikes happen). When the train was active, it was a 30min ride to Florence SM station, amazing! The city is quiet during the day but there are lots of places for a drink and food in the evening with a lovely crowd of locals. The area felt very safe, and even though it was a busy in the evening, it was quiet and peaceful to sleep. Tatiana’s space is well cared for and clean! The bed was comfortable, but could do with another two pillows. Thank you Tatiana!

Unbeatable view! Liana checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything throughout the week. The instruction book was very clear with helpful instructions and great nearby recommendations. Highly recommend!

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Vorstellung, sie war noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation zwischen Veronika und uns lief super. Die Kids haben jeden Morgen am Küchenfenster mit Ausblick gefrühstückt ❤️ wir würden immer wieder kommen. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa etc. Montecatini alto ist mit einer Bahn "Funicolare" zu erreichen. Diese ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Emiliana a été une hôte très gentille et accueillante. Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours en famille dans sa maison tout confort, avec un magnifique jardin. Tout le monde était ravi. Je recommande et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Tout était vraiment parfait, La localisation assez isolée sans être dans une region désertique, au calme, entourés d oliviers et de fleurs magnifiques, avec des jardins magnifiquement entretenus et.une piscine superbe. L accueil tres chaleureux de notre hote Alessandro et sa femme, si gentils et disponibles Les choses a faire / a voir aux alentours, des petits villages de charme aux villes comme Florence ou Sienne en passant par les vignobles du Chianti Les choses a manger!!! Alessandro nous a recommandé des pépites et on regrette deja la cuisine Toscane L appartement vaste, tres propre et bien equipe, Les exterieurs ou tout est pensé pratique (le four la vaisselle les tables les bougies....) et joliment decore La piscine et son tour superbement entretenu avec transats et parasols... Je suis certaine que j oublie des choses, mais vous l aurez compris, nous avons passe un sejour hors pair et nous ne voulions plus repartir.

A huge thanks to Rosella for hosting us in her amazing apartment. Very central location within walking distance to Ponte Vecchio and many local attractions. The private terrace with the Palazzo Vecchio overlooking was perfect for breakfast or late evening watching the sun set with a few drinks. The apartment was spotless clean and very much as described. We were met by our very friendly host at the apartment whom welcomed and showed us around the apartment. We stayed as two couples and a perfect place to stay - I would very much recommend Rosella and her apartment.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful little apartment with very large outdoor roof space for dining, lounging etc. very clean. Walking distance to all of lucca.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
