Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

I used to live in Taytay, Rizal. I had some things to do this trip, so I looked for a suitable place that is near my old family home and also give us some much needed relaxation. The ad was very attractive as it had a pool, a kitchen, and a big bedroom, and it was a few minutes drive to my old place. When we got there, the host’s sister, AG, was present to welcome us. We quickly settled in. The room’s air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleep. The bedroom had bed-space enough for 8 persons. The bed we used was adequate for my husband and myself. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. There was a water dispenser which is very much appreciated as we always make tea; a big fridge to store our meager supplies; seating area for at least 18 persons there. The pool was clean and we used it as often as we can while there. There was privacy as the place was surrounded by tall trees and a high fence. In all, a very pleasant stay for us.

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

We recently enjoyed a refreshing staycation at Joey's Villa that met all expectations, offering the perfect relaxation in my own town. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process was seamless. What made the staycation truly special was how it allowed us to relax without the stress of long travel or complicated planning. It was a much-needed break from the daily grind, offering just the right mix of comfort and indulgence.

Probably will go back in this airbnb, the place is great, neat and peaceful. The only problem you will encounter is the insect but it is given because of the surrounding. The host is very accommodating, as well as the caretaker sir Jaime, everything is great, i enjoy my stay here with my partner. Hope to come back soon with my whole family. Thank you!!

Nice place, very accessible un river area na pwede tambayan. The place is also big and private. Good deal lalo na sa mga furparents. Few suggestions para sa mga future guest: - Bring your own water. They are selling 5 gallons kaya lang since easily accessible sa ants un container, limited yun stock nila dun. Might as well just bring your own para clean. - For fur parents- Bring charcoal powder in case of emergency, may mga palaka pag tagulan (which is normal sa area).

We realized we needed 2 nights when we arrived at the venue. However, when we tried to extend, the place was already booked. We got to enjoy clean swimming pools, the game room, as well as the airconditioned kitchen and dining area. Kudos as well to the caretakers for the assist! :) We will definitely book here again.

The place was very clean and cozy has everything you need to stay there like you are like home...The area is peaceful and quiet and Marianne as a host was great any problems or questions we had she solved them and answered rite away...i would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there 100%...Thank you Marianne for everything and hope to see you in the future...

Riverflow is a safe spot to just chill and spend time in nature. The campsite was open, but it was safe since the caretakers are just around. The restroom is amazing and functional. The space is big enough for kids to play around. We had the best time with a little bit of adventure. We were able to try taking our car off road and it was a fun ride! The owner was kind enough to let us checkin on an earlier time. We also tried going around the area and was able to plunge on the nearest river. The caretaker took us, and she said there are more spots around the area aside from the one we went to. The ducks and dogs also played around the campsite, tho it was fun at first, the ducks pooped around our area. Overall, it's still a fun short stay and we recommend it for families to try. Very kid friendly and accomodating staff.

Xylem is extremely hospitable and responsive and the place is just like the pictures. The stay was absolutely amazing and it immediately felt like home. The only improvement I would suggest is the internet speed, everything else was exceptional! I hope to stay there again in the future!😊

Very cozy, clean and comfortable place. Check in and check out process was flawless. Very techy. The free parking space was a huge factor for us, very convenient. Also some condiments were available at the kitchen. Another plus points. The host was very responsive and made sure that our stay was okay. Kudos to Ms. Vern. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the place. We will come back in the future for sure.

Our stay was generally peaceful considering the place is near a main highway. The area is near malls, it was convenient to buy stuff and bring back to where we stayed. The place itself was apt in space. We appreciated that it had streaming services available, we caught up with some series in Netflix on days that we stayed in. The aircon was enough to keep the place cool; quite handy that it had two electric fans to circulate the cool air. The quality of cookware was pretty good. I had the opportunity to cook and used them. The place had its laundry area. Though not inside the unit, it was private and not shared. The place was well-maintained. Jacque as a host was responsive and helpful. It was thoughtful that a week into our stay, she gave us a fresh clean set of comforter, pillow cases, bed sheet, towels, and bathroom rugs. I am so appreciative that she let us extend for a few hours beyond the checkout time without additional cost. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Dan's place has a nice view of mountains, fresh air, and bedrooms are cozy. Also, host was very responsive and proactive in giving instructions. Would definitely recommend!
