Charming furnished studio adjoining our house but totally independent, classified 2 stars 30 minutes from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the beach. A double bed on the mezzanine. Independent entrance that leads to a living room with sofa bed with a real mattress for 2 people and TV. Just behind a kitchen with hob,sink, toaster, normal coffee maker plus senseo and microwave and mini oven as well as a table. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Our accommodation for 2 to 4 people is spacious, bright and functional, is located in Boufféré, at the exit of the A87 motorway, 1 km from the village and its shops, 5 minutes by car from a commercial area and Montaigu, 20 minutes from Clisson and its vineyard, 30 minutes from La Roche sur Yon and Nantes, 45 minutes from Cholet and Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Vendee coast. A departmental road passes in front of our home (more busy during the week)
