Very nice 2-room apartment with balconies in the hyper center

In the hyper center, very nice apartment T2, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Ideal location with parking, balcony, Mont Dore.

34 m² apartment in the hyper-center, balcony, private parking, Wi-Fi, view of Sancy and large waterfall. Departure of many hikes from the accommodation. We are 100 m from the thermal baths and 50 m from the shuttles that leave towards Puy de Sancy in winter. We are close to shops, ski resort, lakes, waterfalls, equestrian center, bowling alley, skating rink, sled dogs, Mont-Dore adventure park, fishing, mountain biking and wellness area. Beautiful view for this apartment located on the 4th floor with elevator access. Downtown 200 m away Skating rink, bowling alley 50 m, the latter has: washing machine, dryer, equipped kitchen including microwave oven, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Sanseo coffee maker, raclette machine. The living room also has a 140/190 sofa bed. Sheets and towels provided upon request (€25/bed) Cleaning fee of €50 Cure Package April, May, June, September, October on request.

We offer a nice 26 m² apartment located on the second floor of a small building very close to downtown of the elegant spa town of Mont-Dore. It consists of an entrance with equipped kitchenette, living/dining room with sofa bed, spacious bedroom with beautiful view of the Capucin and bathroom with toilet. The apartment has a private parking space closed by a gate. The residence offers a backyard and a collective ski storage room.
