On the first level, the living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Clos de Biévène

Our former farm, converted into a charming house surrounded by a large English garden with a pond, is located next to a pretty stream adjoining meadows where horses and cows graze, a short distance from the village. Our property appeals as much to travelers wishing to discover the region as to business women and men who find tranquility and serenity there. Biévène (Bever) is located not far from the pleasant towns of Enghien, Lessines and Grammont.

Want to enjoy the calm of a small village in the countryside? Come and enjoy a charming modern house to rest and work. This house is occupied when it is not available. Therefore, you have all the comfort and equipment necessary to enjoy a great stay. Of course, my belongings are there. Close to France, Ragnies, Charleroi or Mons. 1 hour from Brussels. Since September 2023, a new sofa has served as a second bed.
