We had such a perfect stay at Camp Chicory. I’d traveled there along with three old friends, and it was a wonderful spot to spend time in and reconnect. We had grand plans to take advantage of outdoor winter adventures in the Poconos, but when the weather was uncooperative, we were more than happy to just stay inside all day instead! The kitchen has everything you’d need for lots of cooking, with a cute mug collection to enjoy that hot chocolate bar. The shower pressure was magical, and the beds were super comfortable. Oh how we loved the eclectic record collection, and only wished we’d had time to enjoy more of it! But truly, the MVP of our weekend was the wood burning stove, which provided the perfect cozy atmosphere to enjoy quality time with friends. Moira and her team were top notch communicators, both before and during our stay — always available with a quick response to answer our questions. Believe the reviews — you won’t be disappointed. I wish I were back there right now!

We really enjoyed our time at this house! The lake views were awesome, and the lake was great for kayaking. We saw eagles every day and were regularly visited by a couple of ducks. We didn’t take fishing equipment with us, but went to Walmart about 30 minutes away to get everything we needed. Our success with fishing was limited - we caught and released several small fish over a couple of days - but just standing at the edge of the lake was peaceful. The Ahart’s Market around 20 minutes away was great for grocery shopping - we cooked all of our meals at the house. I would recommend taking oil and spices as the selection at the property was limited. I would definitely go back, but next time I would take more blankets with us because the temperature was colder at night than we had expected based on the forecast. It also rained for about 2 1/2 of the days we were there, but it was peaceful to spend time in the great room, and ping-pong and darts were available in the garage.

Awesome stay! The house was super clean and nicely updated, with amazing views all around. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. We loved using the provided paddle boats, kayaks, and fishing gear at the private dock. Even when it rained, the community center with an indoor pool and a restaurant gave us something fun to do (extra fee, but worth it). Great spot for a relaxing mountain getaway! Highly recommend this listing!!

I stayed here with 6 friends, the place was very homey. I loved the cute little accents to the house that provided a vibe like no other! The bedrooms were so comfortable. Going to local stores was not much of a hassle. The home has pots and pans, and cooking utensils if it is ever needed. There is a cute lake 4 minutes of a walk to sit down on the ledge and dip your feet in for a nice relaxation. We were not able to use the lake for swimming purposes due to the weather, but it is a great place if you want a weekend getaway or that of some sort with a group of close friends and family. Samantha was more than great at accommodating, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service to us! We appreciate her attentiveness and all around care during our stay. My daughter and I stayed here with our two dogs, and it was the perfect home for us! The house sits right on the water, with a great covered porch that made even rainy days enjoyable. It was clean, well-stocked, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The community is tucked away and private—like an adult summer camp in the best way. We’d definitely come back!

Great place on serene, beautiful lake! We had a wonderful long weekend in this newly renovated house with spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, new linens, towels and stylish furniture! Everything was clean, kitchen was fully setup, bathrooms modern and every detail throughout the house was made with comfort in mind. Even shampoos and bath soap dispensers were full and worked great with overall bathroom design. Best part though were the views of the lake and sunset! Correction, the best part was the property manager who responded in moments to any and every question. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the water. The dock was excellent—perfect for fishing and kayaking. The surrounding nature and scenery were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed nearby pools and beaches on both lakes—especially the unique pool shaped like an arrow. Serhii is a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet, private getaway with gorgeous views and direct access to the water. A truly relaxing experience

By far the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. so peaceful and the outdoor space was amazing. we didn’t spend much time inside but loved everything about that too. it was very bright and clean and all the little touches (including the s’mores ingredients they left for us) were very thoughtful and perfect. we had other plans the weekend we stayed, but we are already talking about coming back to just stay at the house for a long weekend and do nothing else! i really can’t say enough great things about the place!

This was our second stay at George's Lakeside Lodge, and once again, everything was absolutely wonderful! The house was spotless, the furniture was in excellent condition, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Marion was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay at this lake house for a family vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals, and the local grocery stores had everything we needed for the weekend — including s’mores supplies. The “gaming garage” was a big hit with the kids (all teenagers). The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the whole experience even smoother. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at karina’s home in the Pocono Pines and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, Karina and Justin were incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and exactly as described. The pictures truly don’t do this house justice. The comfortable bed, all the upgraded amenities and well-appointed kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short few second walk to the lake enjoyable. I especially loved 360 degree views. The house was decorated beautifully and super clean. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area . We look forward to returning in the future! Thank you, Karina for being such a gracious host!

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The location is great, the community amenities were fun, and the house itself is so cozy and well equipped. We enjoyed the fireplace, smore kit, games, snuggle blankets the house provided. The backyard was so beautiful covered in fresh snow, even though we couldn’t use the boat on the lake, the view was breathtaking and the kids had fun playing in the snow in the backyard! Highly highly recommend!

Arts house was one of the cleanest Air BNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. He was responsive and made everything easy. The house was perfect for our family and the lake was beautiful!

Holly's place was perfect for our weekend stay for the NASCAR race. she as extremely responsive, and proactive as well as so very thoughtful! The space is clean, welcoming and comfortable le with games to play, fresh linens, Roku TV...new appliances, great air conditioning, outdoor patio with grill and all the amenities of home. By far one of the best hosts we've had. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at Ryan’s lake house! He’s a great host, had amazing communication/recommendations for things to do, and the property came with so many amenities as well as kayaks and a paddle boat! My husband and brother-in-laws enjoyed fishing every day of our stay and it was so peaceful there. The house was immaculate and clean too! Our bed was so soft and comfy that I joked to my husband that I wanted to take it home with me 😂 and there were plenty of pillows and blankets and towels provided for the whole family. Everything was thoughtfully labeled throughout the house as well! Highly recommend this beautiful lake house! It felt like home ❤️
