Wonderful 1 bedroom 2 full bathroom lofted unit has been recently updated. The space is open and decorated in a fun and funky way yet still has a bit of a rustic feel. It is a 2nd level unit with no one above you and steps away from the pool (closes in the fall) and the hot tub. Parking is so easy, directly in front of the unit with 2 spaces available. Sorry no pets allowed per HOA. I love staying here with my family. I hope you love it as much as I do!! TOML-CPAN-10508

We had such a great stay at the Hobbit House! The house was super cute and clean and the grounds were lovely to meander through. The stream was a great place to hang out with our coffee and read. We had a little trouble with our code working, but Kaci was super responsive and resolved it quickly. I’d also say that something to note is that the only bedroom that’s fully enclosed is the one with the pullout couch downstairs - the two main ones upstairs have doors but are open otherwise. The pictures in the listing absolutely show it, but I didn’t realize what I was looking at before being there (I thought the one was a mirror). It was not a problem for us and our friend group was fine, but if not everyone in your group goes to bed at the same time there’s really nowhere folks can split off to, it’s just basically all one open area. But it’s a lovely and fun open area! Keeping in mind for future trips to Sequoia and Kings!!

Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise zwischen Yosemite und Sequoia Nationalpark hier verbracht und waren einfach nur begeistert. Glamping pur. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und haben einen sehr gemütlichen Abend verbracht. Man muss nur beachten, dass das Grundstück direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, sodass der Verkehr auch nachts etwas laut ist. Ansonsten was Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit angeht, wurden unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt!

Humberto and Angelica has a lovely home. It feels right at home with all the nice decors around the place. We came her to celebrate my son’s birthday with families and it was a perfect getaway. My son had so much fun playing in the snow and he really enjoyed staying the night at this cabin. It was a great weekend! I would definitely recommend this place for a family getaway.

Robbie’s place is just as described. Easy to find and check in was a breeze. The place is cozy and perfect for two adults and two kids. There are also two easy hiking trails within walking distance. Will definitely stay again if we ever go back to Lake Tahoe.

Kyle’s place was the perfect getaway for our trip to Shaver Lake! The drive up was beautiful, and the home itself exceeded our expectations. I really appreciated not having to overpack—Kyle provided all the basic necessities like toiletries, pods, and kitchen essentials, which made things so much easier. Any questions or concerns I had were met with a fast and helpful response. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for a family trip. We absolutely plan to return—thank you, Kate, for such a welcoming and well-stocked stay!
