You will love staying in this adorable beach house! Our house is new to the rental market (1st rental was in June 2020). It is completely redecorated. Enjoy the decks: one in the front of the house where you can watch the boats go by, and the other one in the back of the house overlooking the backyard where you will find a breakfast table with a view of the river as well. You are a block from the beach, the supermarket, and the street filled with shops and restaurants. It's the perfect location!

Dogs allowed! Please keep dogs off furniture and excessive pet hair will result in additional cleaning fees.

The house has all the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space and a BIG backyard with Gazebo and bar area with tv and refrigerator to spend time with friends and family while having BBQ. Its located 800 ft the closest Dunking donuts, and many other stores. One mile to the closest beach and 1.5 to pier village.

Gas grill and outdoor space for relaxing. Walk to town, shops, restaurants and the beach! One assigned parking spot in front of house (one street permit provided). 4 Beach passes provided. Children 12 and under do not need beach passes :) Please note, the twin beds are best suited for children.
