Welcome! We are the owners/ builders of this house constructed in 2016 and live in the main house beside it. It has its own entrance and sits above the garage for great views of the creek, Intracoastal Waterway beyond, and sunrises each morning. The Cozy Cabin is close to Wrightsville Beach, downtown Wilmington, Airlie Gardens, nightlife, the airport, and parks. It is bright, spacious, and full of custom touches and amenities. For kayakers, a dock and access to the water are within steps.

A clean and modern kitchenette features a wooden countertop, a sink, and essential appliances including a microwave. Shelves display dishware and decorative plants, while a doorway leads to a cozy sleeping area visible in the background. Natural light brightens the space, enhancing its inviting feel.

This Beautiful 2nd floor Suite was built with you in mind!! This House is set up as a duplex, The top floor and bottom floor both have private entrances and private yards. Nothing is shared, completely private! As soon as you walk into the extra wide staircase you will immediately feel you are on vacation! Located about 10 minutes to either downtown or the beach, very centrally located! After a long day, make sure you wind down in the hot tub that is in your private yard for your use only

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated—everything felt fresh and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed and more, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Charlene was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, always quick to respond and genuinely caring about our comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It was perfect for a sweet couples getaway!

Was a wonderful stay for a quick beach getaway! Designated parking was a huge plus, home was clean, comfortable and we had plenty of room (3 adults and 4 kids from 1-7). Quick drive to the beach, and a lot of shops/restaurants right there. Quiet community, beautiful place, would definitely stay again!

The exterior of the home features a welcoming porch with two black chairs positioned near the entrance. Lush greenery surrounds the area, and large windows allow for natural light. The front door is black, adding a modern touch to the charming façade.

James and Laura are awesome hosts. Home is in a great location to do all in the Wilmington area. I have stayed with them several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Thank you.
