We picked it up to escape the routine, and we were quite surprised by everything, both the house, and the place it was located (in the middle of the mountain), and the kindness of the hosts. It's a very cozy place and helps to disconnect a lot of things. We don't have any sticks, we'll be back!!

We went to the country house with friends and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The idea that the bedrooms are downstairs and the rest of the rooms in the house are upstairs seemed very good to us for those who wanted to rest. Everything was very clean and the house is as shown in the listing. Alejandro is very friendly and gave us perfect directions to get there and to the parking area, since it's a small town and not all the streets are suitable for parking. Besides, the village is beautiful. We will definitely be back !!!

Great place! Very clean and very well-equipped. Super comfortable and very quiet. Juan is very friendly and always attentive. We regret that we only stayed 2 nights. We hope to come back.

Marcos welcomed us great, explained and showed us around the house, and offered for any questions/needs that came up. The house is great to take advantage of a few days with friends, both in the summer (with the pool and barbecue with lots of shade), and in winter (living room with fireplace and porch in the sun). And the beautiful environment, right next to the Huéznar and with the center of the village with everything you need a stroll or 5 min drive. We'll be back for sure.

We enjoyed the beautiful house and view very much. Very stylishly decorated and really authentic. If you want peace and quiet it is the perfect place!

This is a beautiful little house at the centre of a traditional white village. It is situated on a tiny square with a tiny hermitage opposite within walking distance of several great value bars and restaurants as well as a couple of small supermarkets. It is well located for walking etc in the nearby natural parks or trips to Cordoba and Seville (don't miss the hidden gem that is Castille de Almodovar del Rio - the real life Highgarden from Game of Thrones!). The house itself is spotlessly clean, well equipped with a lovely courtyard garden and a great rooftop space for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening. And of course the jacuzzi spa is fabulous. The way it is set out (two pairs of double bedrooms separated by the living area) would make it comfortable for two families to share if they wanted. Though there is no dedicated parking, there are several spaces in the square and if these are full (2 out of 6 nights for us) there is a large free car park at the top of the hill just 2 minutes walk away, which is hardly used. The only slight problem (We liked this!) Is that you will probably be just about the only non Spanish in the village. Be prepared to use Google translate on menus etc, and to be a focus of intense interest to the village kids! Overall, extremely highly recommended for a relaxing retreat away from it all!

Sabine and Juan are the perfect hosts; friendly, responsive, and personal. Their place is a hidden gem with unobstructed views of the nearby town and beautiful surrounding landscape. The large pool and family-friendly facilities ensures everyone’s entertained during their stay. I can’t recommend this place enough

An Unforgettable Stay in Monesterio, Extremadura We stayed in a very charming house in the heart of Monesterio. The house was perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, it had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy some incredible moments in the pool. The service of José Luis, who received us and gave us the keys, was exceptional. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, showing us everything we needed to know about the house and the area. An amazing weekend with friends, surrounded by nature and good food.

Beautiful, large, stay great internet and much to do. Equipo Alohamundi's service goes very far. I had forgotten part of a medical device and they really went out of their way to arrange the part. Totally top!

The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and very understanding about our arrival time. They greeted us warmly and explained everything in detail. The place itself was even better than the photos - spacious both inside and out. Our dog had a blast running around outside with plenty of space to play. For stargazing, this spot is perfect - there's nothing around for kilometres, so it's the ideal place to disconnect while enjoying all the luxuries. We would definitely stay here again!

What a special place this is! Our group of 9 (2 families, with three teenagers and two younger kids) were comfortable and well cared for. The setting is serene and everyone enjoyed the pool and the scent of orange blossoms for our 4-night stay. Convenient to Carmona and Seville and some smaller villages. Nati and her family made us feel at home. We will be back for certain.

The place was great. The host was awesome! Very cool interior with brick. Location was excellent with views of the castle from the courtyard. Restaurants & square are literally right next to the place (30 second walk). The cave was just a few minutes on foot. Highly recommend this place. One of a kind!

Good host, very attentive to all the questions we had. The house is spectacular to spend a few days there and I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.

A little haven in the middle of nature This is a great country escape. The inside is well equipped, all the kitchen equipment, cooking utensils and amenities you need. (Note there is no WiFi.) There is a wonderful fireplace for some warmth in the evenings. Beds and showers are comfortable and quiet. The surroundings are fabulous for hiking and peace and quiet. You walk out of the gates straight into a little trail full of trees and birds. Communication with the hosts was easy. Would recommend!

We were a group of friends to celebrate a reunion and the accommodation we find it ideal. Highlighted the cleanliness of the house bathrooms and rooms. It was very well conditioned, kitchen with all the utensils and the rooms very well insulated from the cold. If you say it in advance, they provide you with the firewood for the days you are. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they were very attentive to all our needs. David the Catalan sends a cuddle. We will definitely repeat soon!!!!

Wonderful home in an amazing location

My stay was great, Claudia is very attentive, kind, gives you many recommendations about the town, responds quickly and in case of a problem she looks for solutions quickly. The accommodation was very clean, very spacious and at a very good price. Parking right at the door or on the same sidewalk, no problems for that.

Perfect to disconnect for a few days, an amazing house. Cristina was very attentive to making sure everything was fine, with nice touches. We'll definitely repeat it!!

Daniel and host Maria welcome you very warmly in their spacious house. We had a great time with 5, one of which is a baby! Everything is available, in the village there are plenty of amenities and restaurants..You are a 25-minute drive from the fantastic city of Seville and other nice day trips. Totally top! Oh yes, the pool is lovely and clean. Pnze daughters had a perfect time.

What can I say… a little piece of heaven! It was so gorgeous and just what we wanted! The area was beautiful! Met the donkey and horse every day.. collected eggs, squeezed oranges picked from the grove in the garden. House was very well equipped and we loved the outdoor kitchen! Lovely pool which was welcomed as it was 38 degrees! Botolome was so pleasant and helpful! Couldn’t do enough for us.. including booking a taxi back to the airport. A perfect stay! House is as described. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to Seville allows you to discover this lovely city. The garden is very nice with the pool. And what a pleasure to have fresh orange juice for breakfast. Communication is smooth with Victoria. I would recommend this rental .

We were in the house for 2 days and were great. Jesus took great care of us, explaining everything to us when we arrived at the house. It was a good experience! We will repeat again, without a doubt 🏡

A little piece of private mountain. We were looking for countryside and comfort and we got it. He was prepared for any weather, including a welcome gift! Although it was cool, the fireplace was ready to work at full capacity, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. In addition, it has air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Everything was very comfortable and clean. A few days that seemed like not enough.
