Η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις 5 λεπτά (2 χιλιόμετρα) με το αυτοκίνητο, ενώ σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια (200 μέτρα) θα βρείτε μίνι μάρκετ, φούρνο και παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, όλα έτοιμα να σας καλωσορίσουν με νόστιμες γεύσεις (διατίθεται παρκινγκ).

Una casa che rispetta i canoni architettonici di questo luogo patrimonio Unesco. Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

A canoe and a boat are available at the private dock. Monemvasia castle town and unique untouched beaches (Vlychada, Balogeri) are at close distance.

To Milonas Guest House είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του κάστρου της Μονεμβασιάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ελκόμενου Χριστού, έτσι η μετακίνηση γίνεται πολύ εύκολη. Λόγο της θέσης του διαθέτει πανοραμική θέα στο κάστρο και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα! Έχει ανακαινιστεί πλήρως το 2018. Αποτελείται από δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με καθιστικό. Επιπλέον διαθέτουμε και ένα παρκοκρέβατο.

Το κατάλυμά μας προσφέρει γαλήνη και επαφή με τη φύση, με τον ήχο των κυμάτων να συνοδεύουν τις μέρες και τις νύχτες των επισκεπτών, αφού η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις 15 μέτρα από την είσοδο. Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Οι αγροτουριστικές συνθήκες που περιβάλλουν το κατάλυμα ενδυναμώνουν την επαφή με τη φύση και ταξιδεύουν νοερά τον επισκέπτη στο χρόνο.

Το κατάλυμα απέχει 500m από την κεντρική αγορά-παραλία της Νέαπολης. Στα 13 χλμ. βρίσκεται το λιμάνι της Πούντας απ’όπου, με το καραβάκι, μπορείτε να φτάσετε στην Ελαφόνησο, σε μόλις 15 λεπτά!! Στα 13 χλμ. βρίσκεται το Σπήλαιο της Καστανιάς ένα από τα πιό πολύχρωμα της Ευρώπης, καθώς και το Γεωπάρκο του Αγίου Νικολάου, με το απολιθωμένο δάσος, στα 16 χλμ. Έχει μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή με δικό του πάρκινγκ.

This is my old family home. The house is bright and painted with open colors. Trying to preserve its old character I kept some antique furniture, crockery, and even a chandelier above my parents' living room. It has in the back of the courtyard with an arbor and on its front balcony lovely views just above the sea.
