The apartment is so new with all the necessary appliances for the household. Relax in a quiet and beautiful environment near the beach and the sea. The courtyard of the building has a swimming pool with shower, padel court and children's playground. The building has 6 elevators and spacious hallways and degrees. There is plenty of free parking in front of the building and behind the building.

New accommodation in a modern building with all the amenities (large terrace with sea view, air conditioning, 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, living room, bathroom). The house is located on the promenade in the very center of Grao, but the apartment has access to another street, so the bedrooms are quiet and cool in summer.
