It was a very nice stay again. Everything you need. You feel very comfortable right away. There is a café and restaurants in the surrounding area. You only have to cross the street to get to the sea. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay thanks to Marwa! We had our flight canceled at the last minute, and despite the unforeseen circumstances, Marwa was incredibly responsive and caring. We contacted her around 7 a.m. and at 8:30 a.m. everything was organized! At 9:30 a.m., we were already in the apartment. She even picked us up from the airport and offered us a short tour of Monastir before we settled in. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: brand new, super clean, very well equipped and pleasant to live in. And the cherry on top: after accidentally slamming the door and leaving the keys inside, Marwa arrived just 5 minutes after our call to help us, always with a smile! A huge thank you to her for her availability, kindness and hospitality. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Mondher's home is beautiful, large, clean and in the perfect location! Mondher and Mouna were wonderful. Very kind people, as is their entire family. Very helpful, thoughtful and generous. Thanks so much for the water, the fruit, all the food, and for such amazing service. It's a huge apartment with a comfortable bed, lots of light, a nice breeze every day, wonderful balcony off of the large kitchen. Just perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful home. You can walk to everywhere you would want to go. Really a great comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in this apartment! Communication with the host was clear and prompt, which greatly facilitated our arrival. The villa was amazing. The hosts are very welcoming: they took us to the airport, left some food at the villa, suggested restaurants... The villa was big, very clean, in a safe neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this place. We are very happy to have chosen it!

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

It was as described and the location was quiet. Nice people and a kiosk within walking distance. Mohamed is very nice and immediately helped when we had questions. Overall, we are very satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

Marwan is a great host, he will do his best to help you if you need anything during your stay. The place is very pleasant, especially for those who want to enjoy the beauty of the sea, admire the sunrise and walk on the white sand of long beaches.

This was by far the best Airbnb I've stayed at in Tunisia. It's even better than in the photos, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. The bed is excellent, and the apartment is in the best area of Sousse, surrounded by lots of cafés and restaurants. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They welcomed me personally, showed me around the apartment, and even took me to the bus station at the end of my stay. I'll definitely book the same place again when I return to Sousse. Highly recommended!
