You will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located home in a quiet residential area. Newly renovated apartment in the basement with proximity to Gothenburg city and Mölndal city center. Also close to bakery, gym, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, playgrounds, bus stops as well as only 10 minutes to the nearest lake & sea. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lake and the close to nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Super cozy Attefall's house!

Casa Oliva - the nicest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefall house of 30 m2 called Casa Oliva, is a very homely little house built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those who travel alone, or those who visit Gothenburg on a couple's weekend or longer holiday, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Come and enjoy our cozy little house that is close to everything! Welcome!
