There are nice swimming areas, exercise trails, illuminated trails, outdoor gym, cycling and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts! Only 15 minutes by car into central Gothenburg. You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

The apartment is located on the first floor, small staircase up to the entrance, seven steps. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the Swedish Fair, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg it is exactly 1000 meters walking path.

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Here you live in a fresh apartment of 45 sqm with an open floor plan. Bedroom with bedside tables and bedside lamps, as well as space to set up a crib if needed. The kitchen has seating for four and access to a high chair. The bathroom has a shower. The living room has a sofa bed and a cupboard where bed linen for the sofa bed is stored, it is already made with fitted sheets. There is TV and WiFi. To public transport by bus from the stop Stora björn (21) 5 min, tram from the stop teleskopsgatan (11) 15 min. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
