Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Tschiertschen in Grisons is incredibly beautiful and idyllic. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk to the chairlift and offers a fantastic ski area with blue and red slopes. The place is very quiet and the contact with Luana was very friendly and helpful. We had a very relaxing and pleasant time with Luana and Damian. We will be back next year :-)

Quiet apartment with great views

We had a wonderful stay at Lukas' cozy apartment. The nice tenant of the house (apartments below) welcomed us very kindly and gave us great tips on when we can observe deer and chamois where. We also got a tip for the wall runner observation, he was there to help and advise us. And we were able to see all the animals too 🥰 The apartment was superbly equipped, cozy and the beds comfortable. It has a small farm shop practically in front of the door, a restaurant - but otherwise it is a quiet sleepy village - very cute! In my opinion, a car is important. We were on the Eichhörnliweg in Arosa - this is a MUST! An incomparable experience. On Sunday on the way back we were still in the outlet in Landquart (24 min drive). We would book there again anytime if we are looking for something in the area.

Visiting from the U.S., this place was a gem that placed my family of four right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by alpine pastures, slightly above the town of Davos this place combines quiet luxury and comfort with convenience. The place is kept with lots of love and care, and I know my young kids made lifelong memories here. The host is extremely attentive and helped with many recommendations throughout our stay.
