What an interesting place to stay - very historic and clearly much loved by the family who own it. It is full of antiques, curiosities and paintings. We were bike touring so particularly appreciated the lovely hot shower and the sauna.

Ik ben hier met mijn dochters van 1 en 3 geweest. Het huisjes is perfect voor een weekendje weg. In de keuken heb je alles voor een weekendje weg. Verder is er rondom de boerderij veel speelgoed te vinden en kunnen de kinderen met de dieren spelen. Er waren twee kalfjes geboren en we mochten zien hoe ze voor het eerst naar buiten mochten. Er leuk voor mijn oudste dochter. De host’s zijn erg vriendelijk en toegankelijk, je merkt dat ze het echt leuk vinden om gasten een leuk verblijf te geven. Schoonhoven ligt op vijf minuten rijden en dat is een leuk stadje voor een uitstapje. Bij de stadscamping kun je frietjes eten en is een speeltuintje. Ideaal.

It was my very first time at a country side home, and it was amazing, especially Cornelia's hospitality and friendliness. A bit difficult to commute by public transport, but you can take a cab from the nearest station.
