De Voorthoeve is de ideale uitvalsbasis voor wandelaars, fietsers en natuurliefhebbers. De hoeve is gelegen in Kleine Brogel een landelijk gehucht van de stad Peer in het groene Limburg. Wandel-, fiets- en mountainbikeroutes lopen hier letterlijk langs de deur en prachtige natuurgebieden zijn vlakbij. Actief zijn of rust vinden het kan dus allemaal. De Voorthoeve is een prachtig gerenoveerde vakwerkschuur van 110 m² groot gelegen tussen de velden, voorzien van alle comfort en een buitenterras.

Dit ruime buitenhuis met eigen ingang is achter ons huis gelegen (aan de andere kant van onze rijke tuin). ♡ Woonkamer met gashaard, bioscoop, keuken met koelkast/ combi-oven/ waterkoker/ kookplaat, badkamer met o.a. regendouche, een vide met tweepersoonsbed ♡ Ruim terras met parasol, tuinmeubelen en een barbecue ♡ Sauna en hottub tegen bijbetaling (€45) ♡ 15 minuten lopen naar Haagse Markt (restaurants en winkels) 10 autominuten/ 15 minuten fietsen naar het centrum van Breda.

Very cozy apartment located on a dead-end street in the peaceful Harmonie neighborhood. It is located in a very quiet building surrounded by trees and free of traffic sounds. The neighborhood consists of beautiful houses where a lot of young families found their homes. However, it is only within 5 minutes walking distance of the city park and 10 minutes walking distance of the historic center so everything is easily doable on foot. For us a warm home, for you a welcoming and peaceful stay.

At this beautiful place you wake up in the morning with the sound of birds. In the evening you can have dinner on the sunny terras. It’s next to the beach, next to the big playground and several hiking and cycling trails. On this Nature park and Recreational park Keiheuvel there’s enough to do: swimming, play at the playground, tennis, squash or padel. People are friendly and it’s a nice atmosphere.
