Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance of a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. Nice renovated fisherman's house

Former fisherman's house completely renovated with taste just above the small typical port of Merrien. 2 bedrooms with a double bed, one on the ground floor, 2 other bedrooms each with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and 2 living areas: a dining room/kitchen and a living room/TV area upstairs. The fully enclosed garden guarantees privacy and reassures parents of young children. The coastal path is 1 min away, the large beaches are 13 min drive away.
