House vacation rentals in Modave

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Stoumont. The place is peaceful, very clean, and perfectly equipped. The view is absolutely stunning, and everything was exactly as described. Véronique, the host, was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

Sehr schöne Unterkungt für gut Entspannung! Wir waren mit einem Baby da, es wurde uns ein Reisebett angeboten und ein Schwimmreifen lag bereit. Für diejenigen, für die das wichtig ist, es gibt keine Türen zum Bad! War für uns aber kein Problem. Wir hatten tolle drei Tage und würde die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen! tolle Kommunikation. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

We hebben met onze vriend groep weer ene fantastische tijd gehad in het huis van Pierre! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en genoeg voorzieningen voor elk weertype. Wij hadden erg warm weer dus het zwembad was een hele fijne toevoeging. Goede eupermarkt en frituur op loopafstand van het huis.

The stay at Nathalie's was very pleasant. We were there with seven guys and really enjoyed our time. The pool was great, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to make full use of it. Nathalie was a great and very friendly host. She gave us tips about the surrounding area, and communication was excellent. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Très chouette séjour en couple avec notre chien. Tout était nickel et Arnaud nous avait tout expliqué de manière proactive. Vue magnifique et idéal pour les chiens. Je mentionne toutefois que la clôture du jardin est bien sauf la partie du fond qui donne sur un pré avec des chevaux : notre chien a su passer et a fait son petit tour dans le pré. Heureusement il a un bon rappel :) Un tout grand merci pour ce séjour !

The apartment is decorated well; it looks nice and is well stocked, with a comfortable couch and bed. Wifi was great. The location is great as it is one block from the center square with dozens of great restaurants and shops and right next to the cathedral and the fort funicular goes right overhead, just a couple minutes walk to the river for a nice nature trail. A couple of things to note - the apartment can get noisy, as it is in the middle of the social area for all the neighbors. Expect people to be in the front and back of the place 24/7. If you are needing peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Also, there's no AC or fans provided so it was very hot on the 80+ degree days. Also, it is pet friendly, but the stairs are definitely too vertical for dogs, so be prepared to carry them from level to level if you bring them along.

Wat een geweldig woning om in te verblijven. Het was er schoon en alles zag er zowel binnen als buiten spik en span uit! Bij elk accommodatie is er wel eens wat te zeggen.. - Er waren geen horren helaas, is een must - Geen bezem/ swiffer of stofzuiger aanwezig - Raambekleding in de badkamer zou heel fijn zijn - parasol met warm weer of zonnescherm - wc spoelt moeizaam door Wat heel fijn was: - bedlinnen en badlinnen schoon en netjes op elk bed - kruidenrekje aanwezig inclusief mandje met knoflook en uien - afwasmiddel, theedoek en vaatdoek, vaatwastabletten - vuilniszakken en bakpapier - koffiecorner - thee suiker/melk en koekje - douchgel en shampoo aanwezig - wc papier, keukenpapier aanwezig Eigenlijk teveel om op te noemen. Je zou er heen moeten gaan om het te ervaren! Dat is de enige manier om van deze paradijs te kunnen genieten!

Veronique heeft hier echt een heerlijk paradijsje gemaakt waar je je echt even helemaal kan terugtrekken. Het huisje is fijn en schoon en van gemakken voorzien. Door de verschillende zitjes in de tuin kun je optimaal genieten van de zon, de bomen, de natuur. Het is echt een heerlijk rustig plekje en je kan vanuit hier allerlei leuke plaatsjes bezoeken. wij zouden deze plek zeker aanraden voor mensen die even aan de drukte van de stad even willen ontkomen. we gaan uitgerust en voldaan weer maar huis. groetjes Jos&Margot

Je recommande le logement de Victoria. Très spacieux, et agréable. Il y a de bons équipements pour tout le séjour. La terrasse est agréable. Victoria a su être toujours réactive pour répondre à nos questions.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war prima, die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Einzig die Lage überraschte uns ein wenig, weil wir gedacht hatten, dass das Haus allein liegen würde. Es liegt aber eingebunden in eine Art Siedlung und sehr nah an anderen Häusern.

We had a wonderful time at this place – a space that invites you to feel at home, to arrive, and to unwind. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with care and love, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We would return in a heartbeat – and truly hope we will! Also is was great meeting Oreia. On our last day, she invited us for a coffee – a moment full of warmth. This added a beautiful depth to our stay. We’re truly grateful to have met her. Ariane en haar man Jean Louis wonen zelf in het aanpalende gedeelte van het huis. Dit maakt het super makkelijk om met elkaar te (kunnen) communiceren. Tegelijkertijd respecteren ze je privacy in hoge mate. Top locatie met een top host!

Een prachtig, nieuw en volledig uitgerust verblijf. Ideaal voor families met jonge kinderen.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und können diese nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und in einer ruhigen und natürlichen Umgebung gelegen, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Region bietet viel zu entdecken und wir sind begeistert. Clemence’s place captures the best of what Airbnb can offer. The location is ideal—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, with hiking trails right outside the door. It’s also conveniently close to several villages for groceries and other essentials. The space itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s not large, but it never feels cramped thanks to smart use of space, including ample counter space in both the kitchen and bathroom. Clemence is a fantastic host: responsive, friendly, and respectful of your privacy. He went above and beyond, bringing us fresh strawberries and local beer, and offering great recommendations in the area. Easily one of our favorite Airbnb stays—highly recommended.

Leuke accommodatie op een kleine 10 minuten van het centrum van Durbuy. Propere kamers en badkamers, ruim leefgedeelte. Host is goed bereikbaar en voorziet steeds een antwoord op alle vragen.

Wij hebben een super fijne vakantie gehad in deze Airbnb. Het was mooi ingericht, schoon en het kwam overeen met de foto's. Beneden was het door de koeling zelfs met de hoge temperaturen goed te doen. Vanaf het ideale verhoogde terras konden wij genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Wij hebben enorm genoten

This place was absolutely lovely. We loved dinners out on the patio overlooking fields with horses, and our daughters were very excited about a large chest of toys and the large in-ground trampoline. Jean-Yves was very friendly and provided great recommendations for the area, along with some delicious eggs and cherries from their tree! There are so many different things to do and see in the area, which is extremely beautiful. We felt very much at peace here and hope we are someday able to return to the region.

Wij waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Het huisje is gezellig en netjes en het terras met de lampjes erg gezellig. Het uitzicht is prachtig en er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving!

Das Haus ist eine Mischung aus alt und neu und hat uns mit seinem Charme und der großzügigen Raumaufteilung begeistert. Der Garten ist traumhaft, wir konnten dort grillen. Marie und Nicolas haben an alles gedacht, von Kaffeepads bis Mülltüten war alles da, sodass wir einen einfachen und komfortablen Aufenthalt hatten. Besonders toll fanden wir die offene Küche mit großem Induktionherd zum gemeinsamen Kochen.
