House vacation rentals in Modave

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Stoumont. The place is peaceful, very clean, and perfectly equipped. The view is absolutely stunning, and everything was exactly as described. Véronique, the host, was extremely kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

Very discreet and private, which is what we were looking for. Everything went smoothly and we received some small extras that weren’t mentioned in the listing which was great!

We had a fantastic time with our friend group again at Pierre's house! The house has all the comforts and enough amenities for any weather. We had very warm weather so the pool was a very nice addition. Good eupermarkt and frituur within walking distance of the house.

The stay at Nathalie's was very pleasant. We were there with seven guys and really enjoyed our time. The pool was great, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t good enough to make full use of it. Nathalie was a great and very friendly host. She gave us tips about the surrounding area, and communication was excellent. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Very nice stay as a couple with our dog. Everything was great and Arnaud explained everything to us proactively. Beautiful view and great for dogs. However, I mention that the garden fence is good except for the bottom part that overlooks a meadow with horses: our dog was able to pass and took a little walk in the meadow. Fortunately, he has a good memory :) Big thanks for this stay!

The apartment is decorated well; it looks nice and is well stocked, with a comfortable couch and bed. Wifi was great. The location is great as it is one block from the center square with dozens of great restaurants and shops and right next to the cathedral and the fort funicular goes right overhead, just a couple minutes walk to the river for a nice nature trail. A couple of things to note - the apartment can get noisy, as it is in the middle of the social area for all the neighbors. Expect people to be in the front and back of the place 24/7. If you are needing peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Also, there's no AC or fans provided so it was very hot on the 80+ degree days. Also, it is pet friendly, but the stairs are definitely too vertical for dogs, so be prepared to carry them from level to level if you bring them along.

What a wonderful home to stay in. It was clean and everything looked spic and span both inside and outside! There is always something to say about every accommodation. - There were no screens unfortunately, is a must - No broom/swiffer or vacuum cleaner available - Window coverings in the bathroom would be very nice - Parasol in warm weather or sunshade - Toilet flushes with difficulty Which was very nice: - Bed linens and bath linens clean and tidy on each bed - Spice rack available including basket with garlic and onions - Dish soap, tea towel and dishcloth, dishwasher tablets - trash bags and baking paper - coffee corner - tea, sugar/milk and biscuit - Shower gel and shampoo provided - Toilet paper, kitchen paper available Actually, too many to mention. You should go there to experience it! That's the only way to enjoy this paradise!

Veronique has really made a wonderful paradise here where you can really retreat for a while. The cottage is nice and clean and equipped with every comfort. The different seats in the garden allow you to optimally enjoy the sun, the trees, the nature. It is really a lovely quiet place and you can visit all kinds of nice places from here. We would definitely recommend this place for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We are going home rested and satisfied. Regards Jos&Margot

I would recommend Victoria's place. Very spacious, and pleasant. There are good amenities for the entire stay. The terrace is nice. Victoria was always responsive to our questions.

It was a wonderful stay. The place was great, the decor very tasteful. Only the location surprised us a little, because we thought the house would be alone. But it is integrated into a kind of settlement and very close to other houses.

We had a wonderful time at this place – a space that invites you to feel at home, to arrive, and to unwind. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with care and love, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We would return in a heartbeat – and truly hope we will! Also is was great meeting Oreia. On our last day, she invited us for a coffee – a moment full of warmth. This added a beautiful depth to our stay. We’re truly grateful to have met her. Ariane and her husband Jean Louis live in the adjacent part of the house. This makes it super easy to communicate with each other. At the same time, they respect your privacy to a high degree. Top location with a top host!

Clemence’s place captures the best of what Airbnb can offer. The location is ideal—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature, with hiking trails right outside the door. It’s also conveniently close to several villages for groceries and other essentials. The space itself is beautifully designed—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s not large, but it never feels cramped thanks to smart use of space, including ample counter space in both the kitchen and bathroom. Clemence is a fantastic host: responsive, friendly, and respectful of your privacy. He went above and beyond, bringing us fresh strawberries and local beer, and offering great recommendations in the area. Easily one of our favorite Airbnb stays—highly recommended.

Nice accommodation a short 10 minutes from downtown Durbuy. Clean rooms and bathrooms, spacious living area. Host is easily accessible and always provides an answer to all questions.

We had a super nice vacation in this Airbnb. It was nicely decorated, clean and it matched the photos. Downstairs, it was good to do with the cooling even with the high temperatures. From the ideal elevated terrace we could enjoy the beautiful views. We have greatly enjoyed

This place was absolutely lovely. We loved dinners out on the patio overlooking fields with horses, and our daughters were very excited about a large chest of toys and the large in-ground trampoline. Jean-Yves was very friendly and provided great recommendations for the area, along with some delicious eggs and cherries from their tree! There are so many different things to do and see in the area, which is extremely beautiful. We felt very much at peace here and hope we are someday able to return to the region.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The cottage is cozy and neat and the terrace with the lights very cozy. The view is stunning and there is plenty to do in the area!

The house is a mix of old and new and delighted us with its charm and generous layout. The garden is fantastic, we were able to barbecue there. Marie and Nicolas thought of everything, from coffee pods to garbage bags, everything was there, so we had a simple and comfortable stay. We especially liked the open kitchen with a large induction stove for cooking together.
