The location of the accommodation is great and almost right on the lake. The apartment is modern and well equipped and has everything you need. Communication with the host was great and there was always quick feedback on questions. We fully recommend the property and will be back.

Incredible apartment in a beautiful neighborhood! There was everything described and even more! The owner is very responsive and pleasant! The design of the apartment is amazing! It is pleasant to spend the evening on the balcony, and there is also access to the roof terrace. I highly recommend it!

I hadn't really considered staying in Prague 7 before (I travel to Prague every May and typically stay in Prague 1). I loved Prague 7 and Karolina's place was fantastic. Spacious, well located, and very pleasant to stay in. If it is available next year, I will stay here again.

Great accommodation in terms of price/performance. The apartment is really much more spacious than it appears in the photos, sufficiently furnished and very cozy. The owners were very nice, they immediately responded to the problem and we are very grateful to them for that. We can only recommend and we will really consider returning in the coming years.

It was one of those weekends not to be forgotten! Despite the rainy weather, my friends and I had an incredible time — the house was incredibly cozy, welcoming, and literally "lived". It can be seen that the owners have put a heart into it: everything is thought out to the last detail, from the practically equipped kitchen to karaoke, which has become the main hit of the evening! Even on the terrace, everything was ready for a relaxing dinner — we were very pleased with the blankets that were prepared there. Thank you for your cozy and kind atmosphere — we'd love to come back Tomas is a great host and a very welcoming person — communication with him was seamless, and you can see that he really cares about the comfort of his guests😊

We had a very nice stay at this cottage! Everything was exactly as described – cozy, very clean and simple, but well equipped. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and helpful at all times. The fireplace provided cozy warmth and a particularly cozy atmosphere in the evening. Central heating would also have been available on request, but we didn't need it. The problem with the shower mentioned in previous reviews seems to have been resolved in the meantime – showering worked without any problems for us, with a constantly pleasant water temperature. The small kitchen with the 2-burner stove was, as described, absolutely sufficient for simple dishes. The surrounding area was very quiet – the lakeside resort was not yet in operation, which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Overall a completely successful stay! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the house.

We had everything we needed for a short stay (3 days). I would definitely come back next time.

There were six of us and we felt very comfortable in the newly built house. The location is super central for activities in the nearby, beautiful surroundings and the house is located in a romantic Czech village. In the house, especially in the kitchen, there is everything you need. The appliances are new and high quality. We also loved the new bathroom. Everything seemed very clean and maintained. The garden is very spacious. Only the outdoor seating is not yet designed for six people – but that will certainly come. We'd come back anytime. Thank you.

I've been staying at this appartment with my husband for a week.Very lovely and fully furnished appartment with all facilities that you need for comfort staying. We were surprised how thoughtful owner was,he prepared a lot of information for us, what to visit and what to try and even left welcome treats for us🥰.Perfect place to stay,if you like nature and want to relax from city noise. Love it.Definitely recommend!

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Aseado. For short and long stays. Very cozy. Free park in front of the apartment. Highly recommended. Close to the train.

The place looks exactly how it is described and the instructions were great. Communication with Alexandr was easy and smooth. My entire stay was comfortable and clean. I didn't have any issues with the place. The only drawback for me personally was that it was far away from the city centre, nearly 40 mins by tram and metro. Other than that, I would say it is a nice neighborhood.

Well beyond expectations! Radek’s place was just as described, the location was very convenient and well connected to visit Prague. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.
