An imported house on a large 100-tsubo plot for rent. There is a large garden and parking. 20 minutes by car from Fukuoka Airport, in Dazaifu. It is a 10-minute drive to Dazaifu Tenmangu. Our mascot dog Vanilla will greet you. The ■garden has a brick BBQ space, a couple's swing, a cafe space (with a roof), a pesticide-free vegetable growing space, and an artificial turf dog run. At night, the light wrap is mysterious and you can enjoy it with the sound of the river flowing. Free ■parking is available for 4 cars. Please use the Villa Dazaifu building side for anything other than monthly rentals 1, 2, and 3 ■There is no curfew because the entrance is touch panel style (contactless check-in) The four seasons of the■ garden In summer, there is a 2.6 m pool in the garden (the water is changed every time) In autumn, you can pick and eat as many persimmons as you like. We renovated the house and finished the interior to make it a modern home.It can accommodate up to 8 people.This is a family-friendly facility with all privacy.The air conditioning is one on the second floor.The building is 72 m2. There are 2 rooms, Western and Japanese-style rooms on the 2nd floor.The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people. On the 1st floor, there is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom. One free parking space.It is small, so large cars are not. There is free pocket WiFi. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities and towels and dryers are prepared for normal living.Please check the inside of the room on the image or Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are all about 3-7 minutes on foot.It is a 12-minute walk from the station, or 5 minutes by bus. The key is in the lockbox next to the front door.I'll let you know the number after the reservation is confirmed.

Fukuoka Airport is directly connected to the municipal subway, 5 minutes to Hakata station!Fukuoka's downtown and Tenjin are also only about 10 minutes away!It is also great for business.We will also discuss your check-in time as much as possible. The host lives next door, so we will respond in person.Therefore, we will smoothly explain the facility and respond to emergencies. The kitchen, toilet, bath, and entrance are completely private.Please relax. We have a parking lot★ nearby, so you can park for free. You can barbecue at the★ facility. This is an attractive accommodation that can be easily accessed from two stations, a 6-minute walk from JR Kagoshima Main Line Minami Fukuoka Station and a 6-minute walk from Nishitetsu Zassho Station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, banks, 24-hour supermarkets, shopping streets, and bus stops nearby, making it a very convenient location. The new Nishitetsu Sakura-Nariki Station opened on March 16, making it even more convenient! Smooth access to the airport, Tenjin, Hakata station, Dazaifu Tenmangu, Lalaport Fukuoka, Canal City Hakata, etc. from the station and bus. This new property was built in July 2022 and has an accommodation on the 12th floor. Long-term use of a week or more is even more discounted, making it a very good value. We have multiple rooms available at the same property. If you are unable to book your preferred dates, we would appreciate it if you could check other rooms from your profile.
