The amenities are high quality, and the towels are the highest quality Imabari towels. Pets are also allowed inside. The sunset looks beautiful, and it's a pleasant area to take a walk. Cleaning is especially particular, and we finish with a thorough vacuum cleaner and rags every time. In the summer, the pool filled with naturally pumped groundwater is popular. There is also a covered BBQ terrace where you can dine alfresco. There is also a BBQ grill available for rent. You can order a BBQ platter or a sashimi platter. This is the best private rental accommodation where you can watch movies on a 100-inch projector, sing karaoke, and have fun together.

This is an attractive accommodation that can be easily accessed from two stations, a 6-minute walk from JR Kagoshima Main Line Minami Fukuoka Station and a 6-minute walk from Nishitetsu Zassho Station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, banks, 24-hour supermarkets, shopping streets, and bus stops nearby, making it a very convenient location. The new Nishitetsu Sakura-Nariki Station opened on March 16, making it even more convenient! Smooth access to the airport, Tenjin, Hakata station, Dazaifu Tenmangu, Lalaport Fukuoka, Canal City Hakata, etc. from the station and bus. This new property was built in July 2022 and has an accommodation on the 12th floor. Long-term use of a week or more is even more discounted, making it a very good value. A complete renovation of a 120-year-old traditional house. In pursuit of comfort, the old beams and the scent of new Kunikuzu cedar wood create a clean and calm space. -About "yori-toko"- Built in 1894, this building was 118 years old as of 2019. The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.
