Super schöne Unterkunft. Auf der einen Seite ist ein kleiner Bach der fließt und auf der anderen Seite kann man den Mt Fuji wie auf den Bildern beschrieben perfekt sehen, wenn die Sicht gut ist. Einziger negativ Punkt: Die Check-In Zeit. Wenn man nach fujiyoshida fährt und wie wir auf Durchreise ist möchte man gerne bereits in der Mittagszeit sich zuhause einrichten, damit man dann voll durchstarten kann und sich die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen kann. Wir mussten dementsprechend unser ganzes Gepäck an der kawaguchiko Station kostenpflichtig parken und von dort aus selbst ein Fahrrad kostenpflichtig nutzen. Ab 16 Uhr ist die fahrradnutzung fast schon zu spät. Da wir am morgigen Tag direkt abgereist sind brauchten wir auch das kostenfreie Fahrrad vom Gastgeber nicht. Check out war um 10:00 und dies bat auch nicht großartig Spielraum um die Koffer dort zu lagern. Wir waren bereits um 6 Uhr ausgeheckt und mussten die Koffer dann wieder eigenständig unterbringen.

This home was perfect for our family! The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect, not too far from the main areas, and close to everything we wanted to see.

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

I really enjoyed staying here and had amazing service by Yumiko for all our questions and was very helpful with the friend I stayed with. One of my favorite parts of was the authentic feeling of the room and how spacious it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Le lit est très confortable ! Emplacement pratique proche du métro qui emmène facilement dans le centre de Tokyo.

The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished. The open floor plan is ideal for families, as everyone feels like they're all in one room. The beds are comfortable. The location is quite good, as it's only two stops to Shinjuku on the express train. Everything was great. We'll be back next time we're in Japan.

Was a nice stay in Tokyo, great for family or friends as there are 2 rooms to stay. Masaki is very friendly and replies very quickly. Thank you for having us😊

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Location and the interiors and amenities were excellent. The host had complimentary snacks and drinks for us which was a very nice touch. Only downside for me was it was at the end of my 10 day trip so there was a lot of luggage to take up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Other than that it was an awesome stay, will visit again if I get the chance.

I am half Japanese woman who loves to come to Japan with her family or on her own. I would definitely recommend this place for a family traveling or friends. It is clean and very well appointed. It is convenient to the subway system and is unusual in that it really has two bathrooms. Most Japanese places with two bedrooms only have one bathroom, but this one has two toilets and showers. The customer service is excellent and they are understanding and helpful. Please when you come to Japan treat people with respect and learn about the culture before you come – it is quite different from Western countries in terms of the way people treat each other and treat the place they live with cleanliness and respect. I very much enjoyed my stay here – I hope you do too!

Just want to take a moment to extend a very big thank you to Hide and Aya for hosting us. Their accommodation is located in a fantastic little spot, close to just about everything you could need and only a few stops away from Shinjuku/Shibuya; with all the amenities one might need. Not only that, Hide and Aya went above and beyond helping us to arrange to return of a lost package. Going so far as to follow-up with Yamato for us and arranging for the delivery on our behalf. We are so grateful to have had such wonderful hosts!

It was a relaxing and lovely stay. Thank you for all the help. You were a very good host.

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

We loved chie's place. It was a stone's throw away from the train station which was just what we were looking for. It is maybe a 2 min walk away from the family mart and the grocery. Being able to cook in Japan is really a plus as expenses from eating out add up quickly. Chie was very responsive and helpful throughout. Will definitely stay again.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

很宽敞，离地铁站很近，很方便。房屋设施齐全，洗漱用品也很齐全，房东人很好，可以寄存行李。

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!
