Für Wintersport begeisterte sind die Skigebiete nicht weit entfernt, auch Langlaufloipen in der Olympiaregion Seefeld sind leicht zu erreichen. Oder einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen am Walchensee. Alles was das Herz begehrt in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Ab sofort ist die Kurtaxe mit im Preis enthalten, es entstehen keine weiteren Kosten.

Very quiet, cozy and stylish apartment by the stream. Old building with wooden and stone floors. New bathroom and new kitchen. A mixture of old and new decorated with a lot of art and culture. In summer you can relax on the partially covered terrace or in the garden in the sun lounger. More than half of the garden is close to nature, with orchids, other wild flowers and grasses. In the cold season you will be greeted with a crackling fire in the stove and supplied with firewood

This is our large first-floor apartment. Converted from the former village store with over 3 m room height and plenty of space for everyone - not only in the large central living room, but also with enough retreat space in the lounge and the four bedrooms. Light from all sides, two modern bathrooms, terrace directly on the stream with a view of the Zugspitze, garden, nice old and new details - what more could you want? And now even the village square is newly renovated.
