Our apartment house offers one of the last green idyll in the middle of Berlin. The house with complete equipment from a bathtub to the private terrace to the barbecue is located on a large fenced property with lots of greenery and even more space. The next train can be reached in two minutes and you can get off at the TV tower without having to change trains. This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

The holiday home in Berlin was completely redesigned and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx.130 sqm, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & TV satellite in each living room and bedroom. We hope to have found a cozy and warm furnishing style with the renovations and that there is something for young and old!
