Vacation rentals with lake access in Missouri River

If you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet, private, and truly magical place to stay—this is it. The mountain view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Everything in the house—the beds, kitchen, floors, and more—was just amazing. My family spent three nights here, and it was hands down the best experience I’ve had during all my visits to Colorado in past few family visits.. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Most importantly, the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We’ll definitely be checking in again on our future trips. My family absolutely loved it!

Excellent stay. Location is great. Host was very communicative-had one question when arrived and got an immediate response. Airbnb has uniquely large outdoor space (for such a central location). Loved lounging on outdoor daybed swing and using hot tub. Pup loved the fenced backyard (yes it’s fully fenced-I was not 100 percent sure from one pic). We had a great time and would recommend..

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Secluded property with a view of the lake. The igloo was perfect for early morning coffee and card games in the evening. Host were great to deal with as well.

This is a place and town I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the city and city people. Natalie was a wonderful host and was very proactive in asking if we needed firewood or anything else! We absolutely loved eating at the thirsty badger, talking to friendly locals, going in the hot tub, going to the state park, and canoeing as the short list! There are so many ways to get outside or have a cozy time inside (we chose puzzles). The only thing we did not appreciate were the bugs, so bring some spray, but definitely check this place out!

Scott was an amazing host. His house is so unique and he literally has everything you'd need in it for cooking, entertainment, and relaxation. The view of the lake from the house is beautiful and located within minutes of some of the best fish fry and smoked fish I've ever had. Would definitely come back again!

Our family loved our stay! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The house was bigger than what we expected. Shana and Jason were extremely friendly! We only ran into them briefly during our stay, and completely forgot we were there. Everything is labeled on how to care for the home and it was extremely helpful. The place was clean, relaxing and beautiful.

My adult children and grandchildren arrived prior to my husband and I. they had all the sleeping arrangements picked out for everyone and gave me a tour. the A-frame was spectacular upon entering the kitchen went on for what seemed a mile, beautiful, white, marble kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances. and the deck beyond the family room. the three tweens slept upstairs it was perfect for them and they loved it. we slept on the main floor, perfect! my daughter and son-in-law on the lower level along with my other daughter on the pull-up sofa. we were all very comfortable and happy with the arrangements. we went to the beach one day. the kids went hiking around the house with the metal detector one day and then it rained. we went to Pillsbury something with a waterfall and goofed around for a while. came home and ate and watched amazing sunsets. had a glow stick/necklace party on the deck after dark, then it stormed. played the game Life for 3 eves in a row, I think Emmy won

Our stay at Agua Norte was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Loft and loved the space. It’s exactly as described and the property is even more beautiful than the pictures. So close to the town and other great things to do but feels very private and secluded. It is a shared property but still feels private with each space. We loved it so much we didn’t even do all the adventuring we planned because we just loved being there! The Sauna was also wonderful, easy to book, and had a stunning view. We would absolutely come back!

I would highly recommend Matt at Gina‘s place in Spirit Lake. Very easily accessible to a lot of different attractions and a very nice, clean place that had everything you needed for a nice weekend stay. We will definitely stay there again if we can.

Great place to stay in the DM area - love how different the place is!

My son and I had a great stay at Serendipity! Bob and Lisa's place was a perfect getaway from the city. Bob and Lisa were great communicators and checked to make sure our stay was going well. The space itself was perfect for the 2 of us. The lake is right outside the door and we took advantage of the offered kayaks to get out on the water. We caught better than 50 fish right off the dock! We are already planning our return trip next summer!

Our stay at Loon Lake was wonderful! Janie was fantastic to deal with - very friendly and welcoming. Communication was great from the moment we booked. She shared helpful tips for us to prepare for our visit and made check-in a breeze. The property is beautiful and convenient to Hayward. The beds were very comfortable and the sound of the train only added to the charm. We would absolutely stay at Loon Lake again and plan to do so in the future. Amazing stay! Took the time to go on the canoe multiple days. If you like going fishing, you can’t get closer to water than this. Amazing price for what we got! I just wish there were some more extra blankets (only 1) and a couple different sized bowls (like mixing or popcorn bowls). Neighbors were super friendly and would always wave.

Book it. Just do it. My wife and I booked Michael’s property for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! The view is more incredible than pictures can convey. Dillon has great amenities within minutes, not to mention the edge of the lake is a short walk away. Breckenridge and Vail are under half an hour’s drive, and whether you’re out sightseeing or just reading and watching tv with the most killer view you’ve ever seen, the vacation is going to be a good one.

Such a great peaceful spot, very quite, and a beauitful place to stay!! We loved it as it was a good time we spent together for our honeymoon! Very clean and well taken care of, they even gifted us with some champagne to celebrate! We would love to come back!

So cute! My kids loved it too. Big upstairs loft ,with a nice bathroom . 4 Beds upstairs and 2 downstairs. Spacious living room. You open the door, you are looking right at the beautiful water. We had a great stay. The place was very comfortable, kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. Bed was comfortable. The house was immaculately cleaned. We give it 5 stars! We would definitely stay there again if ever visiting La Crosse again.

John and Carna were phenomenal hosts. You can tell lots of thought was put into the experience and the studio was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the quaint cottage. It was so lovely listening to the birds in the morning and walking through the cottage garden. Home was clean with great instructions. We loved reading about the history and seeing the old pieces of furniture and silver pieces. Host even baked us cornbread muffins, left granola bars and snacks, and a small jar of raw honey. It was such a lovely stay and we definitely do it again.

Beautiful place to stay and the pond was amazing. They have paddle boats and you can fish. The fishing is great. Very peaceful, clean, relaxing. We had extra guests and made the place work with air mattresses. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Very beautiful place to relax and get away from everyday life. Great fishing and lots of cool wildlife to see and listen to. Very beautiful sky at night. Very nice house inside and out. Stocked with pretty much anything you will need. Would highly recommend.
