My wife and I booked this house for a week and loved it so much that we extended for an additional week! Beautiful home and a wonderful host!

Great place to stay. The air bnb has everything we needed. A plus was plenty of towels (we are a family of 6). Washer and dryer was helpful as well. He had tons of blankets, blow up mattress and pack n play as well. This place has plenty of room to move around and sleep. We have 4 children youngest is 18 months and oldest is 13 and every one of them has something here to keep them entertained and having a good time. The lake was awesome. Definitely I great place to stay with family

This was our second stay and we had a great time! The cabin is so cozy and welcoming, we felt right at home!

If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy, relaxing, cabin getaway, this is your place! Saw and heard loons every day/night, which is always cool. Very easy to relax and enjoy the surrounding wildlife and scenery, highly recommend!

My husband and two boys came here to visit. The inside was everything you could need with lots of sleeping arrangements. The outside was phenomenal. Large outdoor area, two docks, close to boat ramp, lots of off the doc fishing. the kitchen was well stocked. We were fortunate to have great weather, but they had other things to do in town in case the weather was bad. Aimee was very responsive. We have never visited an AirBNB twice because we like to try new things, but we would absolutely come back here.

We stayed at Jeanne's place as a family to visit my Dad who was moved into hospice care. The space gave our family some much needed space away from the home my Dad is in. Appreciated the toys for the littles. The location was great as it's close to Tami's restaurant and the Dairy Freeze (great little drive in) and to Gomsrud park, which is a really nice spot for the kids. It was a bit chilly while we were there but we still enjoyed the view of the lake from the deck. Word of warning - the stairs going upstairs are pretty steep so caution for little kids and elderly.

Brian the host answered all my texts and questions immediately and was super helpful. We didn’t need anything. Everything he said he had there was exactly what he said. Quiet and peaceful and basically had the lake to ourselves for 8 nights. Beautiful place to have a campfire with all the seating you could need for 8 of us a 4 year old. Had a blackstone on the huge patio to help with cooking. Just awesome!

We were looking for a place in the Midwest for our adult family (and two teenagers) to get together and this was the perfect fit! Spacious enough for seven, plenty to do to keep everyone busy, and a great host! There were a lot of amenities at the cabin that were helpful and even kept us busy when it rained for a day! I highly recommend this place to stay!

Me and my friends stayed for the weekend for a little friends getaway. The place was super clean and had no trouble checking in. We had a great time staying there, definitely recommended if your looking for a small space to stay.

Linda's place was fantastic - as was Linda. She was incredibly responsive and worked really hard to get the pool up and running as quickly as possible during our stay (a gift considering the unusually hot weather we had in early May during our stay). The house was immaculate and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, toys for the kids, linens, and plenty of spaces for people to relax and unwind. We loved it so much we are hoping to either return to Linda's place one day or get a place of our own in Chippewa Falls.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We enjoyed the steps that go down to the rocks by the lake. Very dog friendly condo. Fire pit in the backyard overlooking the lake was a hit.

Steve was so accommodating!! Allowed us to check in early and was very responsive to our request. The house is beautiful! Watched a doe with her 2 fawns out the living room window. Nice view of lake. Our son loved the golf simulator and our daughter loved the massage chair. Easy walk to the indoor pool for the grandkids. Such a great stay!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! We were so happy with our stay & would love to stay again. The view alone was worth the price. We would happily just sit on the patio & listen to the Lake Superior waves. Everything was clean & organized. We had plenty of room for everyone.

Perfect spot for a snowboard trip! 12 minutes to snowbasin! Comfy beds and couch with everything you need. If my group and I ever make the trip to snowbasin again, we will definitely be booking this spot again! Brad and Brit were super responsive and helpful too. We had an issue with the washing machine and they were able to get a tech out to fix it the next day!

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating—we asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and they quickly confirmed that we could check in at 11:30am, which was super helpful and much appreciated. The room itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with interesting pictures and photos that gave it a warm and personal touch. We also really enjoyed the smart home setup—having Alexa available made things even more convenient and added a modern feel to the space. Overall, a comfortable and well-thought-out stay. We’d happily come back again!

This was a great place for our family, right on the lake. We were close to lots of parks and hiking trails. Quick drive to restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space and the indoor pool was a great spot for our kids.

Place was great, had everything we needed for a two night stay. Very clean, well stocked and AC unit worked great on a hot day. Definitely recommend this place for a quiet escape in the woods. Also very close to Park Rapids if you need a quick run into town.

The incredibly generous owners graciously allowed us to get married here, and it was an absolute dream come true. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room felt warm and welcoming, and the views from every window were like something out of a postcard. The owners went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond, incredibly kind, and made us feel truly cared for from beginning to end. The lake was pure magic — we experienced the best trout fishing of our lives from the beautiful canoe! We’ll never forget our time here. If you book this place, it’ll be the best stay of your life!

Our stay at Keith’s was great! Views of the water were wonderful. Check in was easy with the keypad, kitchen was well stocked, Keith was quick to respond when we couldn’t find things or needed help with the grill. As noted in the pictures and his description, one of the bedrooms does not have a door on it, and the walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling. It gets all the noise of the living room/kitchen but it worked for us. We loved the kayaks and Keith even had a child life jacket! The water quality in the lake varied - not as appealing as I was hoping for swimming on our first two days but we had fun kayaking around the lake and after it rained on our last night, the water was much clearer the day we checked out. Note that part of check out is put all towels and sheets into the washer and start the washer. I don’t love that because inevitably I realize one has been forgotten and then have to figure out how to stop the cycle and add an item, but this is minor. Great stay!

Perfect location for our family to spend time. I brought my elderly father to spend time with my disabled sister and my niece who has a toddler. I also brought my teenage daughter. My father and sister spent time indoors or on the deck while my daughter fished and my great nephew played in the water next to the dock. My daughter and I kayaked each night at sunset. We did make a trip to the park with the toddler and played on the beach. Recommend bringing a small rake to clear the beach from the water plants that came up on the beach. Once cleared, it was perfect. Like others said, you definitely need 4-wheel drive. I was able to go up and down with no issues with my Honda Pilot in 4-wheel drive.

2 nights at this paradise were simply not enough. It was a great ending to our long road trip, where we can relax, fish, and swim in the river. The view was a little piece of Heaven from the back patio. We caught 6 fish, but had a little accident with a fish hook. Chris responded right away with guidance to the ER. It wasn't anyone's fault, but we appreciated the support from Chris! Thanks for everything!

We loved staying at this cabin! It was extremely thoughtful with all of the amenities, I loved the products, the towels and bedding were pristine- the kitchen was very accommodating with pots, pans, and dishes. The decor was funky , cool and eclectic. The home felt very clean. I didn’t see any dust or hairs. All around great place to stay with our family, you can’t beat the view, spacious cabin and lots of beds. Will be back.

Loved staying here with our two young children. A really well done unit with excellent craftsmanship and detail. Had everything listed and your private little beach. It was a great place to stay and somewhere we would definitely come back to.

The Lily Pad was perfect for a mini college-reunion. We loved sitting on the deck at night and listening to the fish jump, and the hiking and outdoor activities in the surrounding areas were top-notch.
