Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mississippi

Had a fantastic Father’s Day weekend with my wife and daughters. The home was beautiful and has a boat dock with direct access to the bay and gulf. A true Airbnb gem. The host was responsive and accommodating. The community was friendly with many of the residents living there full time, it is important to go very slow through the channel to the home boat dock and be respectful to the neighbour’s. The area was relaxing and the community friendly, hope to stay again.

Second time taking advantage of the opportunity to book and it was just as great as first time. Such a lovely view and great restaurants are such a short drive. Beach is short one minute walk and county does nice job keeping beaches cleaned. We would highly recommend checking out the nest !

This place is perfect for families! We spent hours playing in the game room with our kids. The beds were a bit firm and my older child said the bunk bed felt a little loose. I would still stay here again. The home is beautifully decorated with space for everyone. We appreciated every amenity from extra blankets, tons of towels and toiletries and so many activities! The neighborhood is really nice! It’s a true home away from home and I wish we would’ve had more time to enjoy the space!

Stayed here for our halfway stopping point on vacation, both directions! We are at Bulldog burgers this time and it was delicious and minutes away. The house was perfect for what we needed and easy check in/out. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen for making breakfast and even coffee. We had plenty of towels and the house is very cute and clean! The only thing to note is the 2 bedrooms join so the backroom doesn't have its own entrance without using the front bedroom. There is solid doors between and the back bedroom has its own nice little bathroom. The front bedroom only has a curtain for door. None of this was an issue as we were a single family of 3 and baby slept in the back bedroom. The house does sit next to a stop light and close to train tracks so you will hear traffic in the night. I brought a fan and just turned it up ! haha. Great location and amenities! Thanks for having us!

From the moment we got into the house, we were completely amazed by how beautiful the inside was. Very spacious, welcoming and comfortable. We rented this beach house for our wedding party to stay in. Everyone fit comfortably and had their own space. The bridal party had the second floor to get ready, and the groom and groomsmen had the bottom to get ready. Made staying separate really easy. The pool was the cherry on top. After a long day of wedding activities, it was so nice to relax by the pool outside to end the night with our wedding party. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here! The views were amazing and we enjoyed watching thunderstorms roll in over the ocean. Did a little fishing and caught some catfish and cast netted some shrimp. The kids had fun chasing crabs in the rocks, and climbing up to the loft! Really cool spot!

Justyns place suited my families needs perfectly. We felt right at home. It is an older house that has been completely renovated and updated!! The house was very clean and welcoming. The game room and back patio were a great bonus! We had a great time while cooking, relaxing and enjoying family! I definitely recommend this place. As a real estate professional, the decor of the home was perfect. Thanks Justyn, when in town we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home! Clean! The Pool was a nice bonus! The Host was attentive. Easy instructions on entering and exiting. Safe area. I will , without a doubt return.

Our sister’s trip was perfect and part because of this great little place. It was close to everything, clean, just as described. Eric was wonderful. He checked on us a couple of times I would highly recommend!!

Comfortable, spacious, and well appointed, all conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood, all with excellent restaurants walkably nearby, and a friendly host. We very much enjoyed our stay in Phillip's place!

I absolutely loved staying at The Alley! It was convenient to my daily drive to USM for my seminar. The photos and descriptions were spot on! Carrie was a wonderful and attentive host. I reached out to her and received an answer immediately. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here to anyone who will be in Hattiesburg area for work or fun. I will most definitely will be back!

I needed to contact them about wifi and extending my stay. They were super fast at responding! I even left something and they worked with me to be able to send my daughter to pick it up!

Pat and Leslie were awesome hosts and have a beautiful farm with pond to fish as well. Buddy was a great host too by making sure we were cozy. Will definitely stay again.

We just concluded an amazing stay at the Harbor Oaks Haven. There were so many positives, it's hard to decide where to start. How about fresh muffins and Moon Pies when we arrived! It was a nice treat to have the snacks. The hosts clearly put a lot of time in outfitting the space. The amenities were on point and the decorations created a very nice beachy vibe. The location was walkable to the beach and downtown Ocean Springs. Having bikes available made it very easy to ride to local restaurants for breakfast and coffee. Would love to book again.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Ms. Barbara's Studio. I hope to stay there again next year! it was the perfect location for us!

The condo far exceeded our expectations. The layout was spacious, and the pool was beautiful. The people were very relaxed, and it was never crowded. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We had such a good time! This rental is so close to the beach and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend renting bikes and cruising around town. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay even though it at was a short one. The only issue we had was trying to get a parking pass. We arrived at 3:30 and the office wasn't supposed to close until 5:00. However, there was nobody in the office. Security was supposed to be on the premises at 7:00 p.m., but my husband looked for security and they were not present even though sometime during the night someone gave us a warning. I went back to the office the next morning and it wasn't open. I was lucky and happened upon someone who worked on the property, and she was able to access the parking passes. Management needs to do better as far as keeping the office open during its stated hours. Turns out security is only there for 30 minutes in the evenings.

Communication was excellent. Gate and door codes were communicated in a timely manner. We were allowed to check in a little early since we were in town sooner. Thanks Kenny!

Jennifer's place was wonderful!! It was ultra clean and super comfy! She had little touches of home everywhere - snacks, restaurant guides, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even laundry pods! It's a little further from the beach than we expected, but still within a 5-7 minute walk and it's directly across from the start of the boardwalk (which we ate at every restaurant on the boardwalk and all were very good!). Jennifer was a great host - very responsive and helpful!

We booked this stay to check out a future job site for my husband. Glad we were able to and would definitely stay again!. Thank you!

Great place to stay in Oxford! The place was very clean and comfortable. Host had great communication and was really responsive. Located very close to Ole Miss Campus.

We just got home from our week vacation and want to go back. The condo was right in the middle of shopping and entertainment, we were never bored. The condo itself was very cozy and plenty big enough for the 7 adults in our group. One of our favorite things was to just sit out on the balcony and watch the waves. Thank you for sharing your little touch of paradise!
