Vacation rentals with beach access in Misquamicut State Beach

We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

Nice little Bungalow! Perfect for up to 4 people. Very private and clean. The Location was Great. Right across the street from the Beach with a beautiful view. Has a small Firepit. Only a mile or 2 to Downtown. Would definitely go back.

Larna is a true super host! Place has everything you need. Super clean. Great location within walking distance of a lot of the Newport sites. Would love to come back someday.

This apartment was perfect and adorable. Every detail was perfectly cared for. The house was just beautifully decorated! The hostess even baked us a delicious Irish soda bread. It exceeded our expectations!!!

Staying at Jeri's place was a spur of the moment "stay-cation" for me to get a little rest & relaxation away from home. I reached out fairly late at night to book & Jeri was very responsive & flexible on having me check in last minute. I've stayed a lot of Airbnbs/cabins & I can honestly say that none have been as well stocked as Jeri's. Tons of spices, condiments, ziplocs, pots/pans/bake wear, toiletries, & even fresh eggs, milk and maple syrup to go with the pancake mix that was provided. The funny thing is that I have a lot of food restrictions so I wasn't able to eat any of it but I genuinely appreciated the thoughtfulness. There were even dog bowls, a bed & treats for my chihuahua which was especially sweet! Very, very clean! Everything was spotless. This is a very well taken care of AirBnB. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The chickens were so cute & the garden is very impressive. It's a beautiful and peaceful spot. Jeri was great to talk to! I will definitely be back. :)

We had a very nice weekend staying at Karen's. Her place on Spring Street is walkable to many restaurants, shops, Thames Street and the waterfront. The apartment was clean and has good light. We would be happy to come back again.

Want to stay in a quaint and quiet place that walkable to a Beach? Look no further to this Place. Set inside a classic brick building, this has such character and the Heart of the Town is only no more than one block away. So many places walkable for here and this is a very close knit Community! It is a very private location surrounded by natural beauty which allowed us to truly relax. We enjoyed spotting the many birds , little rabbits playing in the yard and watching the golfers at the adjacent club. The house has a modern clean feel with a large open living / kitchen area flanked by large windows all along one side of the property overlooking the fantastic view. The master suite was a highlight with a very comfortable bed and beautiful shower. We would love to stay again and so would our dog! Thank you Marie for your wonderful hospitality!

Dan was an incredible host. First- he is very accommodating and responsive. My family stayed at his place and loved how welcoming and clean it was upon entering. There was coffee and even extra treats. We couldn’t have asked for a better short, but sweet stay. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at the oyster shell! Perfect quiet location with everything you need both in the house and around the area! Justin even went the extra mile to help me get some belongings I accidentally left behind. Would highly recommend his home to everyone looking to stay in Westerly!

We had a great stay at Stan's house. The house itself was lovely, the backyard was great, and the beds were very comfortable. It was very kid friendly and had toys and books that my toddler enjoyed. the location was great and we loved being walking distance to the seaport and downtown. We also appreciated the snacks waiting at the Airbnb after a long travel day. Would be happy to stay again in future!

The house was very clean, with a beautiful, large, well stocked kitchen. The view was lovely and it was wonderful hanging out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The house would be a little more practical if one of the bedrooms had two beds, so more people could sleep in the actual bedrooms. The pull out beds were not as comfortable and the bed in the loft is only accessible with a ladder. However, for a small group or people who aren’t picky about their sleeping arrangements it is a fantastic place to stay. You can’t beat the view and proximity to the water!

Dave's "cozy cabin" is very relaxing and easy to negotiate. We were very comfortable there and felt right at home ... at the beach. Can't say enough good things about it. We truly enjoyed staying at his cabin.

We had the best time the house is always amazing. We’ve stayed there before the yard is wonderful to play games with all your family. We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
