Highly recommend Jan’s gorgeous home. We witnessed some of our favorite sunsets here and the house itself is just a beauty. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen to cook up a great meal. It was also such a great location to a lot of areas we wanted to visit. Jan gave us a lot of recommendations and we ended up going to a few of the restaurants Jan sent us to! If you’re looking for a beautiful, private airbnb that is situated in a central place near all the beaches you’d likely go to, this is your spot!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the instructions to access the apartment were easy to follow, the welcome was perfect and the little touches of kindness here and there from Charis and Maria were very much appreciated. The place was healing and relaxing, everything you need to recharge your batteries. The closeness to richti gorge (3min) and Sitia (20min) was a plus.

We spent a few days at Stelios' place finally in September. The place is unique because it is a house in a microscopic village at the end of the road, set in absolute silence. In the village several people and birds. Access from the main road 3km on a narrow road, Toyota Yaris made it (Stelios showed us the first time by the trail). The apartment is big and very well equipped. View of the sea from the terrace. Access to the sea by car, the pebble beach under the village is difficult to reach (we didn't). A great place, especially if you want to get away from civilization. Exemplary contact with Stelios. Thank you for your hospitality, Stelios, good luck

We had an indescribably beautiful time in the windmill. The view and the garden are stunning. Everything is prepared with so much attention to detail. We lacked nothing. In the village you can eat very well. You're just comfortable. We are happy that we were allowed to be there. If you're looking for something special, highly recommend this place.

Great host, great house! Armin was always super professional and supportive. The house was in very good condition and very clean and with dishwasher and vaccume cleaner robot you can easiöy keep it clean throughout your stay. we enjoyed a peaceful time with a fantastic view. The road to the house is not paved and takes some time but it is totally worth it. we did not have to worry about the rental car at all. Whenever you need something Armin is quick to react. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully furnished apartment. The kitchen is especially well equipped, and there is air conditioning in every room, which made our stay very comfortable. The view over the city and the sea is stunning, and the apartment offers a lot of privacy. Dimitris was always attentive and made sure that everything was perfect for us and that we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Passing through Tourlotí to cross the beautiful Richti gorges, we stayed two nights with my son-in-law. The apartment is at the end of the village and from the terrace you have an extraordinary view of the surrounding mountains and the sea. The apartment itself is perfectly maintained and very comfortable. Water bottles, local cookies and raki are left on site very kindly as a welcome for you. And what about the contact with the two sisters who manage the apartment? Unparalleled kindness, always ready to offer help (the parents came very kindly to pick us up at the bottom of the Richtis gorges to take us back to our car). The word hospitality really has a meaning here. I'm sure I'll come back with my wife and daughter. Address recommended without hesitation.
