Vacation rentals with a patio in Mirasol

Claudio's apartment is great starting for the view from the balcony. The decor is very welcoming and everything is very clean. The kitchen is very complete, it has everything you need for 5 people. The bedrooms are fine, especially the main bedroom that has a breathtaking view. The condominium has access to a very attractive beach. Although it is public it is quite private because access is not easy. The sector where the apartment is located is somewhat distant from the village, restaurants and commerce, which ensures a relaxed stay away from the noise. I recommend arriving by car to have access to these points expeditiously. The condominium is new which ensures that the apartment and facilities are in perfect condition. Claudio provided us with very good quality towels. Claudio was very nice and attentive to every detail. She was always attentive to our requests. All in all , it's a stay I recommend.

Everything was impeccable in the apartment and the condominium is very safe. The nice thing about the apartment is that it has direct access to the garden, swimming pools and exit to the beach.

Benjamin was very attentive, gave us all the directions, the apartment was very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. The view of the apartment is beautiful and we were able to occupy the hot tub pool without any problem. Clearly a place to recommend.

Very nice apartment, well maintained, very clean, nice decoration, everything working. The place is quiet, with a very large pool (we went in winter so we did not use it) but from the apartment, you can see the facility. Norma is very attentive, responds and solves problems quickly, we had a problem with Netflix, but she solved it immediately. Add that it is on the 3rd floor without stairs. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent house for a few quiet days.

The house has an excellent location, close to the beach, and businesses. It is closed on all sides, making it a great option to go with dogs and children. The beds are comfortable and communication with Pamela and Don Miguel is very good. I would only add the possibility of having a microwave and cable TV and/or internet. Neighborhood is very quiet. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The décor is carefully chosen, combining comfort and style, and unique architectural details are appreciated that enhance the experience. The house is fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, close to services and at the same time private enough to rest. In addition, it is ideal for those of us who travel with pets, as it offers safe and pleasant spaces for them. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

Octavio's house is beautiful, and the view is wonderful. The house is located in the Campomar condominium, which is a very established condominium, with good services, local streets, beach (no swimming) and security. The three rooms are comfortable, the living room, kitchen and dining room are impeccable, all with ocean views. The house is VERY well equipped. Communication with Octavio was very simple, friendly and efficient.

The stay was extraordinary, better than we could have imagined, being in front of the sea and with a front-row view of the sunset is priceless, the hospitality of the house, the host and the place is worth a thousand percent. Being able to enjoy the oceanfront jacuzzi and relax from city life is really exquisite. If you're looking to disconnect, hear the sound of the sea and the best sunsets, this is the place for you. Our stay at Tania's house was excellent. The house is wonderful, very comfortable and equipped with absolutely everything you need: hair dryer, iron, board games, among many other things. We had an amazing time! As a suggestion, it would be good to indicate in the listing description that music and noise are allowed in the condominium on Fridays and Saturdays until 2:00 a.m., since there is a sign with those rules when you enter. On Friday, a neighbor was upset because we had the music a little loud around 1:30 am, although we were still within the allowed hours. To avoid problems, that day we went to sleep and the next day we kept the music only inside the house. Apart from that detail, everything was perfect. Tania was always very attentive, responded quickly to all our messages and made sure that everything was fine. Highly recommended!

I loved the apartment. Very comfortable and tidy, with a beautiful view of the lagoon.....but what I loved most was that it was designed for small children and that is greatly appreciated.

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, the condominium is very nice and very quiet, ideal for a good rest. Note that the living room has no curtains, as shown in the photographs. It wasn't a problem for me, but if a guest is very protective of their privacy, they might be interested in this information.
