Your place is located on top of a hill on 2 1/2 acres. This is an older home in a great location. You are a bike ride distance to all the wineries and walking distance to a few. We are on 2 1/2 acres in a gated property with views of Mount Palomar and the Calle Contento wineries. Also, you will be within a charming 5 minute Uber ride to over 15 wineries! NOTE: THE FIREPLACE IS INOPERABLE. GUESTS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE THE AREAS AROUND THE POOL BUT SWIMMING IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO LIABILITY.
