We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Wonderful views, great location, and beach access are the main highlights of this listing. The apartment is comfortable and I liked the modern beach vibe decor. The provided towels, chairs, and cooler make for great beach days. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. I will be returning to PR paradise, and would love to stay here again!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

Perlas place is lovely! Welcoming, spotless, with extra batteries in the apartment (who hates a dead tv remote?!) and flashlights and lanterns in case the major island wide power outage affected me. She communicated prior to the trip and offered me the option of cancelling even if last minute. Her apt is lovingly decorated and has good lighting. It is centrally located and just what a couple or solo traveler may need. The camera at the door outside the apt, is a bit off putting as you feel like your comings and goings are monitored, but I got over it. It was, at least in plain sight, and I understood the need for it. She had beach chairs, fans, and the cold AC but the wind coming in from the open windows was more than sufficient unless it was raining. The kitchen was well equipped and she had an outlet strip for electronics. The best part was interacting with Perla. She is truly a super host and was kind enough to let me check out an hour later. A class act. I’d stay again!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

The home was an absolute delight. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My family enjoyed our accommodations very much. Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

Beautiful views, excellent location & great communication! Right on the beach & within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, etc. Pool was great too. Would definitely recommend Paul & Carmen’s place & would stay again!

My family and I had the best time at Ami's home! The space is beautiful, very clean, the amenities were perfect, in the middle of everything, and lots of closet space (which is a big win for me). Ami was very responsive and went over the top by recommending great places to visit to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. I will definitely return here

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

Rita was a wonderful host. She communicated very well. The instruction were clear and easy to follow. We will come back.

My family and I had a lovely Mother's Day getaway. The apartment was modern and the view was beautiful! The apartment was spacious and the couch was super cozy. We also had enough space to have family time in the living room. The out side of the building could use some updating (which made us a bit iffy upon arrive) as well as the pool area but the apartment and location absolutely made up for it. We spent most our days on the beach which was a 2 mins way from the lobby. The host was the next best thing about the place. They were very attentive and responsive. One the remotes had dead batteries and we got new batteries sent to us rightway! I would absolutely suggest this listing to anyone traveling with a family.

Very nice location with the ocean breeze right outside the window. Walkable distance tot he beach and conditions of the apartment is great. There are some power outages here and there but that’s part of being in Puerto Rico, can use that time to go to the beach or simply enjoy the ocean breeze and unwind from technology. Will come and stay again.

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

I enjoyed my stay and was accommodated greatly by Melina for any question or concern I had while staying at her condo. Also loved how it was within walking distance of many local restaurants and the supermarket.

The apartment was a great base location for all of our day trips. This was a relaxing landing spot for us to chill on the balcony, sit by the pool or walk on the beach. The space was big enough to allow the teens an opportunity to avoid adults for a while but also gather in the common area. The apartment was modern and very nice. Provided beach chairs were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to others.

Mari is an exceptional host: warm, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the neighborhood, especially lovers of the ocean.

It was an amazing experience, this location was great! I was happy with how they location looked, very clean and comfortable, only one thing that didn’t work was the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t cool enough but overall I was okay with it, I would book that place again!!!

Amazing private beach access and outside area. Secure and and easy to find and navigate. Very close to main strip os Isla Verde. Parking was great and hosts are responsive and great. Very clean and laundry room is easy to find clean and eaay to use. Only disclaimer. The airport is quite close so that is a bit rough. And next to Marriot.

Great location! Just walk out to the beach, across the street to a 24-hour market or pharmacy, and only a 5-7 minute ride to the airport. There are beach chairs, a cooler and other equipment on hand to make your day in the sun everything you need. Eric is very helpful and responsive, making our reservation, arrival and checkout extremely easy. Highly recommend for much needed R&R.
