In the ramparts of the millennial citadel of Mirabel, this village house has just been renovated. Stone, basalt and sandstone walls, lime-coated, wood, solid oak parquet, history is preserved. What makes the house unique is probably the view from the terrace... And 5 minutes away, the 800-year-old Mirabel Tower offers an exceptional panorama. Mirabel comes from the Latin Mira bellum which means "Look how beautiful it is!"

On the garden level of our house (we live upstairs) discover a small independent cocoon bathed in calm and greenery, for a peaceful break. The 1st accommodation is equipped with 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.60, 1 living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, 1 summer kitchen, and 1 swimming pool. The small chalet is 10 meters from the house, it includes: 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, 1 terrace.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
