Spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable because of its location. Bright. No special extras (such as heating, air conditioning or INTERNET). Not top quality either, according to the price. The television has basic channels. We prioritize the relationship between guests and family activities. We ask for special attention to the preferences of the apartment when the reservation is made and with the check-in time. If the check-in time cannot be met, send a message to check before booking.

A series of contemporary homes is situated along the edge of a tranquil pond, with reflections visible in the water. Lush greenery surrounds the area, enhancing the serene landscape of the community.

My place is close to the beach 6.7 km from Praia de Mira and 20 minutes from Aveiro;) Coimbra is 40 minutes away as well as Porto;) Lisbon is about 1 hour away;) very well located in a quiet and secure residence:) private garage, closed and free;) The apartment can accommodate 4 adults:) with very comfortable beds;) linen can be provided for me for an additional fee. On site €10 set of sheets and towels 2 surveillance cameras outside
