This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it was just as great as the first. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard with fruit trees and a lawn is lovely, and the hot tub under the stars is the highlight. Tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and plenty of closet space. The location is super convenient — just 8 minutes to downtown Ojai and about 20 to Ventura — and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood makes it even better. Highly recommend! Host Sharon is very responsive and helpful!

Absolutely gorgeous place with the most beautiful nature surroundings. Perfect for a family weekend with great amenities like pool table, darts and hot tub. Loved our stay!

This was a perfect place for a relaxing weekend for us. The house is snug, but the backyard seating area was a great place to chill. There isn't a lot in the immediate vicinity of the house, but it is centrally located and just 5-10 minutes from a lot of what Ventura has to offer. We were able to walk to the pier and downtown easily. John and Andy were great hosts and responded quickly to any requests.

We can't say enough about this serene, zen retreat. We all escaped the cares and worries of home and entered into another world, one that had been fashioned lovingly by a master, old school carpenter and set in a lush setting of well maintained grounds . We delighted in perhaps the most massive fuchsia bougainvillea we have ever encountered and adored the aubergine and sapphire orchids and delphiniums. The home's elegant simplicity was a lesson to us to want for less and yet we all long to return here someday.

Our family booked this house for Thanksgiving week. It is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The house was very clean and uncluttered. We had an amazing time together cooking, playing games and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

We loved this place for a girls weekend. Beds were comfy and lots of room to sit and visit.

Great spot, Terry and Militsa were very helpful and friendly. Their rental was beautiful and perfect for what my family needed. Plenty of space if you have a larger party. The place was clean and the toddler loved seen and helping to feed the animals! We can’t thank them enough for letting us share their space.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! A magical stay right on the water! We could not have been happier with this location. The space was extremely clean and comfy and right on the ocean. It is not super private because all units share a courtyard/ocean access, but that didn’t bother us. Toilet was very fancy. You are right on PCH but once you are inside it doesn’t feel that way at all. Communicative hosts. Will be back!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable place in a great location. It is in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the beach, but also only about a 30 minute walk to the far end of the downtown area. I was able to walk to so many activities. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of extras (like herbs, condiments, foil, plastic baggies, or that sort of thing), but has basic utensils and equipment. It was pretty quiet for the most part and it was fairly easy to find parking as long as I followed the few restrictions. One of the nicest perks was being able to hear the southing fountain outside (because the windows were open). It was a nice sound to sleep with. Instructions were clear for the most part, but I needed a little clarification on the lock box. It was nice to have a contact person on site that could quickly talk me through it over the phone.
