We had a great time and the location is just right. Being able to walk a short way to the beachfront boardwalk was a plus. The hosts were responsive when we had questions.

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

We loved our stay - unit was spacious, clean and all immediately felt at home. A lovely water view and large patio. Super comfy main bedroom with large bed. Walkable to Mooloolaba. Such accommodating, responsive and kind hosts!! Highly recommend, would stay again next time we’re on the sunny coast.

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

Unit has had recent refurb and is very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with nice welcome pack in the fridge. Only air con in is the bedroom but balcony doors have security screens and open wide and great breeze come off the canal plus there are ceiling fans. Bathroom big and shower is great. Garage is narrow but has a remote and there is also plenty of street parking. $11 uber ride to Mooloolaba surf club but could walk it if not so hot. Excellent property with responsive hosts who provide clear instructions. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, long stay at Cathy’s place. It was an amazing location in a safe street for our kids. We loved how close it was to the beach and Cathy was a perfect host. We felt very welcome and loved the view of the lake. It is a spacious and relaxing space and the pool is beautiful too!

We loved our all too short time in this quiet and beautiful space. We were comfortable and relaxed. Everything we needed was provided, and when something went wrong, Letitia and Michael were super quick to respond and get it sorted. Who could ask for more?

Very easy to find, location was lovely and the hosts were easy to communicate with when we had questions. The house is very large and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Kitchen was very good and had lots of the basics to use! We would definitely stay again, hopefully when it’s warmer to use the beautiful pool! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Amazing place to stay for our family. Heaps of room for 7 of us. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Grandkids loved the pool. Boardwalk was great and the location too

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Family Getaway My family and I had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It's located in a lovely, quiet suburb—perfect for unwinding—and just a 20-minute walk to the beach. We especially loved how close it was to a great little café. The area felt very safe, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly spot.

OBH exceeded my expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and furnishings are tasteful and calming. It is also so spacious that you can find a spot to be alone if thats what you need. The beds were so comfy, cloud like pillows and lots of them! The view was magnificent, mesmerising and calming. I spent many hours gazing out at the ocean. To me it is a soul cleansing location. Large glass doors and windows allowed for a view outside from the kitchen and living areas. Melanie and Vera are such wonderful hosts who responded so quickly and were always friendly and helpful. The kitchen is stocked with amazing appliances - especially the large air-fryer!! I cannot fault anything about our stay at Our Beach House. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We loved staying at this adorable beach house. We stayed with our two girls and our dog and we all had a ball. Soo close to the beach and cafes. Ample parking and lovely homely house.

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. Dorelle was always helpful and gave us lots of information to make our time there easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back to Dorelle’s beach house soon! ☀️ 🌸

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Appartement Très calme très bien situé qui donne directement sur un parc et la plage de Marcoola dans un environnement splendide. La piscine est très grande avec un ligne de nage pour le plaisir des nageurs. La plage permet aux enfants de jouer dans les vagues et offres des conditions de surf superbes. Devant l'appartement il y a un petit parc très apprécié des enfants.

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

The Condo was perfect for our coast getaway, quiet location with the most amazing views. The only noises were the waves crashing onto the rocks. We had easy access to Kings Beach and the start of the boardwalk and enjoyed watching the many ships pass by. The driveway and access to the undercover carpark was quite daunting at first, however, we did get better at navigating the best angle to take on the steepness in our small car. We found the room to be exactly as described and as per the listing photos. Would definitely stay again.
