Now semi-retired, we offer accommodation to visitors to the Isle of Sheppey which is an island in North Kent and has good road links with 2 bridges connecting us to the mainland. This holiday home has parking outside & guests are welcome to use all grounds to walk, look at the animals or just relax. There is a fixed barbecue & tables in the courtyard and a large fish pond nearby.

We have recently acquired our lovely direct sea view, front row clifftop caravan. The caravan is nearly new, boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 loos, is centrally heated and in good condition throughout. We are a very short drive from two of the best beaches on the island, and have easy access to some beautiful walks and natures reserves. The site itself has an indoor and outdoor pool, clubhouse and shop (March-November), outdoor play area and basketball MUGA. We very much welcome couples & small families.

There is a relaxing pond right by your tent and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is a reclaimed carpenter's bench equipped with all the essentials. The sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.
