Apartamento en frente del mar, tanto el salón como la habitacion de matrimonio dan directamente al mar. Terraza en el salón para perderse en los atardeceres. A 10min andando de la playa de Cala tirant. Urbanización tranquila y con facilidad de parking. Dispone de dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y otra con dos camas. Ambas con ventiladores y armarios grandes. La cocina y el baño tienen todo lo necesario (bañera, lavadora, cocina, microondas..) En la cocina hay lo necesario para desayunar.

A large bright modern villa, the ground floor is open plan, lounge, diner, kitchen with dining table, large smart TV, A/C, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. Patio doors lead out to the covered terrace and private swimming pool. 4 bedrooms all with A/C are on the first floor, 2 king size doubles & 2 twin rooms, two bathrooms one with full bath & one with walk-in shower. All have patio doors leading on to a large sun drenched balcony. The villas gardens are well established and surround the whole villa.
