Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

Georgina’s cottage is completely wonderful. It’s exquisitely curated - every room is just beautiful with a perfect attention to detail- including its charming and tranquil garden. One of the most stunning properties I have experienced in Whitstable. I absolutely loved it and I will definitely return. A peaceful, relaxing, user friendly home - with a great kitchen making it easy to eat at home as well. I loved the location- central Whitstable, a stone’s throw from the beach and particularly close to West Beach where I could walk my dogs lead free (all year round) and a very quick walk to restaurants, pubs and shops. Definitely a diamond of an Air BnB. ✨

We had a lovely stay in Jubilee Cottage. Spotlessly clean, full of character with everything we needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped so we could easily cook whatever we fancied. Loads of recommendations for local restaurants and amenities. Lovely touches with welcome gifts from the hosts. Thank you.

Ellie’s home was such a great place for our family holiday. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we felt right at home with everything we needed. The garden and courtyard were an added bonus to eat together and relax in. Ellie was amazing at sorting an issue we had on the first day- of our own making! And went to great efforts to resolve it for us. We loved the Woodburner of an evening with lots of games to play. The beds were really comfy and it felt like a real treat to relax in such a lovely home. Broadstairs is such a cute seaside town - we will definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous little flat just two minutes walk to the seafront. It's just generally in an excellent location close to lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. The flat has lots of natural light, lovely furnishings, a comfy bed. It has everything you could need and lots of thoughtful little extras too. It was absolutely spotless on arrival. We appreciated the little gift hamper, how communicative the hosts were and how cosy and welcoming the flat felt. We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Great house less than 500 feet to the beach, on a secluded road. The private parking is really helpful given the challenges with finding a space anywhere near the beach on a sunny day. The house is clean and quiet: perfect for a family break to the seaside as it’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Margate.

We had such a lovely time here, we would definitely stay again! The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the flat was gorgeous and had a great vibe !

It’s a really clean caravan, looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed, it was a great base to be able to visit family nearby. Communication was great as well. We will be booking again next time we are down.

We had a wonderful stay at Gills caravan. It was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen. ( we like cooking) The rooms were very comfy and the outside space was a plus in the sunshine. Gill was extremely helpful and friendly and the area was very dog friendly with loads of lovely walks straight from the site. It was our first time In The area and we will definitely be back. Violet was very helpful from the moment we booked. The accommodation was lovely & everything we wanted, very clean & everything we needed for a lovely stay. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Exactly what it says on the tin, as they say. Friendly people, a nice little grass dog walking area next to a nature reserve. Pub opposite served lovely food as does the clubhouse I’m sure, although we didn’t get to eat there it served a lovely Guinness and provided great entertainment from bingo to cabaret. All in all very happy and hope to go book even just for a mini weekend break. Sandra and her hubby, nice people and very helpful, thank you both. Mark & Michelle

Had a lovely mini break away at Kimberley’s place. Felt right at home straight away and the location was perfect for seaside walks, popping to the near seaside towns and watching the beautiful sunsets this area of the North Kent coast is famous for. The home was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, the beds were really comfortable and I loved the little touch of leaving some bread, butter & milk, snacks and a hot drinks station. Loved it so much that we’ve already booked to go back again in the Summer so I think that says it all! Thankyou Kimberley, you were the perfect host! 😊

We had a lovely minibreak here with our kids. The house has a cosy period property feel and a well equipped kitchen. We loved how close the house is to the beach and the shops and restaurants in town. Natasha shared a helpful online guidebook ahead of our stay which helped us plan ahead where we wanted to eat out and even buy ice cream!

We've had such a lovely time at the flat, the panoramic sea views are stunning and the beds are very comfortable. Ella very kindly let us check in early and sent very clear instructions of how to check in as well as a great list of things to do nearby. It's up two flights of stairs but didn't feel too steep and the view was more than worth it. It was great being so close to Walpole pool plus the beautiful seafront walk into Margate. We hope to return!

What a fabulous apartment. The location was amazing and we loved sitting in the large front window watching the world go by right on the seafront. The proximity to town was also a bonus as there were many lovely places to eat! The apartment was much bigger than expected and had everything we might possibly need. One particular plus point was the the bed in the master bedroom which was super comfortable. We will definitely be back, hopefully later this year. Thank you!

Lovely property tucked away like a little oasis in a very busy and noisy seaside town. Found two very up market and lovely restaurants around the back streets. Walks to the left of the main beach were lovely. Not crowded with quiet family and worth the walk to see the lovely older properties in the area.

Right from the start, Vicky was very kind. While walking to the Airbnb from the train station she offered to come pick us up. The place was cute, clean, and just right for two people. It's very close to the ocean and in a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again.

Lisa's place was fantastic. The property is great, full of character, well decorated and really felt at home. The location is spot on, walking distance to the beach and little playground. Great little pad over Ramsgate beach. It was peaceful, clean and easy. Everything described about it was true. We look forward to booking again.

Well equipped accommodation in a quiet location close to the sea. Well decorated and spotlessly clean. Local Premier store 5 minute’s walk away for groceries and papers. Excellent base for exploring the coast, in four days we walked from Whitstable to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs catching the train back .Circa £14 for 4 singles. Ruth is a first class host and very quick to respond.
