Newly built in 2023, this 2 suite property is conveniently located off of Highway 2, in Ackerman Valley, Devils Lake. Just north of JD’s Bar and Grill. A combined 18’ by 27’ garage space with a living area, bathroom, and bedroom area with a sliding portion wall to separate from main area. Sleeping capacity is four (4) persons. Located in the heart of the prairie pothole region with excellent hunting. Just over an hour in each direction to Bismarck, Minot, Devil's Lake, and Jamestown. House was built in the 1950s but has new furnace, water heater, and electrical. Three window AC units for summer.
